My first time eating here. The food was ok, nothing special. Forks and knifes out in the open and not covered. Unsanitary!! Especially during a pandemic! After paying for my food, cashier didn’t say thank you. I said thank you to her, then she said you’re welcome. Really? I told her I said thank you because you didn’t say it. After I sat down to eat I noticed her looking in my direction saying something to the employee. I’m sure she was talking about me. No worries I won’t be eating there again!!

Behind the counter is full of boxes. Quite messy. Didn't seem like they were keeping a good watch on the food because my chicken was very cold. I could get sick. The rest of my food was fine. They were nice I'll give them that.

I don't eat at the mall food court every day, so my review might not be as informed as some, but I think it's generally pretty good. Looking for food court bourbon chicken? It's that. The portions are good, the price is reasonable, the staff is friendly. They have white rice in a steamer behind the counter, so if you want that just ask. If you're looking for a food court option that's not just Chic-Fil-A or Subway give them a try.

Good food and great service! They are one of three restaurants with veggie lo mein (which I was craving). Out of the three, they seemed best based on service and appearance.

Overall, I like the food. I had chicken with plantains and noodles. The food is good.

This food was DISGUSTING! I had to spit half the chicken and lo mein out even though I was really hungry. The servers were stingy with the amount food they gave, which actually worked out for me because the food was so nasty! Gross. Never going here again.

Wanted to eat while at the mall and all the other establishments were packed excepted this place (maybe that should have been a clue with no one in line) I had hair in my food. When I went back to inform the ladies about it I got no apology AT ALL. When one of the ladies gave me my money back they said nothing at all. When I asked for an apology they smiled and giggled. No Apology. I will never eat there again.

This is bourbon chicken at it's finest. I live in Pikesville and travel all the way to Towson mall for this place even if I'm not going shopping in the mall. Spicy bourbon chicken Is the ishhh

The chicken is decent at best. I work across the street and frequent the mall food court for lunch. I'd rather eat at the burrito joint next door every single day than break the monotony for their chicken. I know because that's exactly what I do. The sides are totally bland and flavorless. Today I gave them a second chance, and had the Bourbon chicken and mac & cheese. Yet again the chicken was "meh" and the mac and cheese was flavorless. Like eating mushy nothingness. Their recipes need a huge overhaul to bring life back into the menu and bring the regulars back. To the owner (if you ever read this): Problems that need immediate attention: -That terrible sun-bleached looking picture of your food makes the entire establishment look like it was neglected 30 years ago. It's completely unappealing and standing next to Chick-Fil-A you don't stand a CHANCE at enticing people with that horrible picture of the food. The food there isn't exactly photogenic anyhow, it's just globs of chicken tossed into a Styrofoam container. -Sides are bad, really bad. I recommend eating at your own establishment semi-regularly so you can see for yourself how flavorless and bad the food can be. It's not something customers (or regulars) will come back to, ESPECIALLY when they're surrounded by other options that are just feet away. What you're doing right: -The portion sizes are fair, other places offer a lot less food for the same price. Considering there are vats of chicken on display I guess it only makes sense, but at least the portions are good. - The actual Bourbon chicken is somewhat edible. I'm not going to write home about it or anything, but I guess it'll do for lunch. Considering Chick-Fil-A is next door, I'll more than likely take their food over yours though, because it's far and away better even though their line stretches across your own store while nobody is ever in line at Bourbon Street Cafe. TLDR; I work across the street and eat at the mall almost every day for lunch. I've eaten at Bourbon Street Cafe twice in the last 6 months and it will be a long time before I eat there a third time. Fix things to bring customers in.
