Don’t waste your time or money with this location. They canceled my online order without any explanation and theyre saying i have to wait days to get my refund for something that wasn’t even my fault. Ridiculous!

I can't believe the type of people that work at this place, they don't know about honesty or being good to others, I forgot my shopping bag for a few minutes on the counter and one of the employees took it and never returned it. When we questioned them, they changed their story a couple of times saying they gave the bag to a man who claimed it and then said they gave it to a woman. I'm very disappointed, I love Chick-fil-A but after this, I won't be back ?

Both times I went to this chick fil a for curbside, they made me wait over 20 mins for my order. the most recent time, the employee walked out with multiple bags of food and handed my order to another costumer forcing me to wait another 10-15 mins for my food. unbelievable.

The food here is good and they are relatively quick with getting orders out during the busy lunch hours during the week. They didn't give me the correct food I ordered but it wasn't a big deal, just check your bag before you leave! If you aren't a big eater I would recommend a kids meal even for adults - chicken nuggets, fries, and you can replace the toy with their ice cream for free! (Plus a kids drink) All for a good deal too.

I did an online curbside order and forgot my chick fil sauce today. I called, not expecting anyone to answer the phone but, young gentleman answered and made sure to add the sauces in my bag. It’s something small but the smallest things mean the most just as much as the big things do! He was pleasant and kind when answering the phone as well!Parking: I typically don’t have an issue with parking when I do online orders!

This store is inside the Towson Town Center Mall. Nick at curb side is pleasant, helpful and explained why my order had not registered and what he did to correct the issue. Thank you Nick! I appreciate your spirit and efficiency--especially on today--when it was 100 degrees in the shade! Everything I ordered was in my order and as I ordered it! Bravo! The waffle fries and sandwich were hot! A wonderful experience!
