Stopped in on 4/20 - the person that looked to be the manager (middle aged Asian gentleman) rolled his eyes when he came out, totally didn’t acknowledge us so we didn’t have the opportunity to try the new banana pudding deal because we left. I did manage to knock on the window after we left to give him a thumbs up.

I ordered sugar free Vanilla ice cream , it was terrible. It had film on the ice cream and lumpy. I threw it away, I would not suggests to anyone to buy the sugar free (light) vanilla ice cream. The service was okay but they only had one sugar free ice cream which is vanilla.

Came here with my friend who ordered a “like it” which is basically like a small. The woman at the counter either didn’t listen or didn’t understand, and gave her a “love it” which is like a medium. When my friend asked if she could get the “like it” since the bigger size was $2 more expensive, she was told no, even though the woman that took her order was the one that made the mistake. They didn’t even try to fix their own mistake and still charged her full price

It was my first visit to this store. I am really sorry that I just found this store after lots of visits to the Towson town center. The owner and staffs were very kind and their service and ice cream were very satisfactory. I think I will use this store from now on.

Can never go wrong with ice cream. I always forget about this location inside Towson mall near the food court. The spot was empty so we stopped by. I like to keep it simple so I opted for a "like it" size cup of chocolate ice cream w/ Reese's peanut butter cup mixed in. Delicious every single time! i would give this place zero stars if i could.. terrible customer service and rude manager. he was very short and rude with his employees. our milkshakes had the consistency of snot .. never come to this specific coldstone. ever.

It was ok. First time going to a cold stone creamery and I was not impressed at all. They don’t have Apple Pay available which was kind’ve peculiar since it is the year 2022 but I had my card with me so it wasn’t really issue. The prices were a little overwhelming but it is chain ice cream brand so I wasn’t surprised. The lady at the register didn’t allow me to get a milkshake and ice cream with the buy one get one free coupon I had received after typing my phone number in the little touch screen. She could’ve just gave us the smaller priced item for free but instead told us to buy another item in a very animated tone. Mind you it was just myself and my younger sister. Lol i tipped them $1.99 though cause I didn’t really care for the fact I wasn’t really care for the fact that they are using upselling tactics to get people to purchase menu items that they don’t otherwise need. Won’t be coming back to this location:)

So me and my friend ordered mint ice cream with m&m’s and a butter pecan ice cream. But, as soon as my friendAte the ice cream about 3-4 minutes later she says her stomach hurts and I asked was something she ate she said no, she said that she believed that it was something on the counter that was unsanitary and it got all over her ice cream then later my stomach started to hurt I think this would be very well true because they weren’t cleaning the counter or spatula correctly over all our experience was not so well

I literally ordered a large coffee shake, she asked me twice to verify my order.... and then handed me two cake batter milkshakes....This place is terrible. Why do I need to tell you a total of 4 times my order for you to hand me two large ale batter shakes when that's not even close to what I asked for.

Poor customer service, I order a cake that I spent over $30 for and went I went to pickup, was told the person who does the writing was not there and not coming in, so they could not add the note on the cake. I ordered over a week prior. why wasn't my cake prepared in advance of my arrival. I am guessing the person who was the manager, had a thick accent, could hardly be understood didn't offer any discount and kept insisting I was early and should come back. I showed him my receipt where I wasn't early but clearly on time or even late and what difference would it have made if the person wasn't coming in. Cold Stone is already pricey and I certainly wouldn't patronize this location again!
