Drive all the way here and the location is closed but says open on the listing. Truly disappointing moment

This is my favorite place for breakfast. I drove an hour to eat here and when I got here there was a sign on the door that the location was closed. They would normally get a 5 star review but they didn’t update their google page to let patrons know that this location is temporarily closed. Very disappointed after an hour drive.

What happened???? It seems that this particular location is permanently closed. It was a great place to order sandwiches for personal or business enjoyment. Shortly after the COVID restriction were lifted, one of the managers informed me that they could not retain staff. Due to minimal staff, CB no longer completed catering requests. I suspect that it just snowballed from there...... shame.Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options. CB Towson appears to be permanently closed.Parking: Easy, convenient parking. Very disappointed did a door dash and order was incorrect. They blamed it on Door Dash and took no responsibility as they are the ones that filled the order. It's not like the Dasher goes behind the counter and do the picking. They put banana muffins in my order that my children were allergic to and it was like oh well nothing we can do. No accountability.

I ordered a dessert for my family ( the large option where you can get multiple sweet treats ) Dessert was awful and not what the menu said… I called to get refund.. manager went back and forth with me and refused to let me exchange or get a refund .. THEN I look at my bank account and it looks like they charged me twice.. I didn’t want to keep going back and forth with that awful manager so I told her if she didn’t refund me I would dispute it with my bank.. so that is what I will do Terrible customer service , the other reviews are right.I’ll never go again.

Ordered pancakes from them at least 5 times for delivery, each time they came without syrup and butter. Called them, a lady put me on hold for about 20 minutes after saying she was getting a manager and then hung up. Gave them one last shot a few days later because a co worker wanted CB. After ordering one last time I called and asked if they could please put the items in the bag before delivering, a lady told me that they always come with said items. I said "Respectfully, the items weren't in there the last 5 times I ordered, I just want to make sure they are in there." the lady rudely says, "ok, have a nice day." *click*I'm giving 2 stars because the food is good, but the customer service is terrible. Never again will I order from here.

Would give it a zero if I could!I went there to get breakfast but they were out of everything on weekend, the tables were so dirty, I don’t know how this store is surviving, just a positive thing about it was the staff, they were polite and hospitable.
Decent food but kinda overpriced. The cashier was very rude

Love this place!! The food is so good. The cold brew berry coffee ☕️ is awesome. Sandwiches ? are great! They were out of chips and the gentleman who brought me my food asked me if I wanted a complimentary side salad ?! So sweet! 15/10!

Got the avocado wrap, pancakes with bacon, lemonade and a latte. Literally everything was flavorless. The wrap looked like it was portioned out for a three year old. Barely any filling in it, it was literally 85% just the tortilla wrap itself. The green chile salsa barely had a taste to it as well. The pancakes were extremely greasy, the bacon was okay. The lemonade literally tasted like water. The latte was terrible. I just can't even believe this place has so many good reviews when there was no taste to any thing. What a waste of $25. I honestly feel sick to my stomach from trying to eat the wrap. I should have just tossed it all after the first bite. Who are the people eating here, do you guys have no taste buds?! Incredible ??

It is currently 6:54 PM as I begin to write this review. So when we were in corner bakery it was obviously earlier than that - 6:45ish. The dign on the front door says open until 7 pm. They were telling everyone multiple times that was ordering that there was only "6 minutes till close". Everything was to go only. They were telling us and other patrons that many of the items we wanted were unavailable. We left without getting anything. Not customer friendly. I've had an interaction with the girl in the back before and wasn't impressed. My grandchildren really like the food here but I've had so many negative experiences with customer service that I won't go back.
