The night me and a friend went to get a drink and some food before closing we encountered a rude bartender. We got there short of an hour before the kitchen closed so we had ample enough of time to order food. The bartender had two couples that had already been attended to. So, basically it was just us who needed service. At least 15 minutes go by and we’re still waiting to be offered menus, water and drinks. All along, still waiting patiently, but getting antsy a crowd of Six walked in, and the restaurant is still open, but they asked if they could sit at the bar. The bartender told them in many different words, I don’t know if anybody else will take you, but I am not. The crowd seemed a little taken back by her reply, and said Well, can we at least get a table. She stated I don’t know about anybody else, but I know I am not. We’re about to close and I’m not going to do it. One guy from the crowd stated that he was a YouTuber, and he would’ve given her a good tip. The bartender said, “oh OK that’s nice but I’m not going to take y’all we short staffed and had been all week, and I’m not going to do it.” Eventually, they left after being rudely dismissed. Then the bartender comes up to us with menus and say, do you all know what you want to drink. We simply said “no that’s OK. Can you get a manager?” I’m assuming the lady who came to us was the manager, and she tried to make up for her employee neglect and bitterness. So we decided to just get a few wings and things. After being served by the manager, we told her that we hope the bartender has a better day but it’s never okay to talk to your customers the way she did. If the weeks been tough, then that will be between her and her management team, the public should not be aware of what’s happening behind the scenes. Customer service is and should always be the main focus. ??♀️

Possibly the most disinterested service employees I've ever seen. It's really sad. You may get okay service initially getting a drink but once you order food you're on your own. Maybe for 30 minutes or more. This has been a repeated pattern at this place for a while. After Bill Bs closed I tried to find something similar but man this isn't it. You can't just disappear for an entire episode of seinfeld and act like we're good when you get back.

The food was just okay, standard. Our waitress was very helpful and paid attention to details. Great place to meet friends, have a drink and watch games!
This 5 stars is due to the single bartender, Nya, and the great teamwork exhibited by the staff during my visit. I am glad to see they upgraded their menu since my last visit, but this young lady handled herself professionally, remained courtesy, and kept a pleasant demeanor despite the impatient busy bar crowd on a Friday night. Then one of the waitresses, who had her own section, came over to assist the bartender with cleaning areas and addressing customer concerns, including myself. I was super impressed.
Waited to be seated...no greater at the front....wait about 10 min before the waitress came to take our order. Didnt ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. Checked on us once while we were waiting for out food. The restaurant floor was absolutely disgusting....there was food crumbs and drinks spilled on the floor, there was trash under the tables and in the seats. Dont think we'll be going back.
