This Towson location of Gong Cha is a great spot to catch up with friends or to just relax after a long work day.
The egg waffle with icecream mis a delicious shareable treat! Nice and warm, not overly sweet. Just generally palate-pleasing. There are a variety of beverages to choose from, many with great options to suit various tastes.

This is a new age concept.... you order your drink on their screen system, and they focus on making your request. It's simple and effective. The drinks were delicious, and the vibe was chill.
Had a pleasant interaction with a cashier male, Andreas, I think was his name. Was very polite to me and my daughter since we are first time bubble tea customers. I’ve been everywhere and I can honestly say this is the first time I have felt like I have been cared for as a customer. He was cooperating with my 8 year old, who is very picky, and he had asked her what drinks she liked and gave samples of toppings. Not a lot of male cashiers are as polite and charming as him so kudos to him! Thank you guys for a great environment!

My mango smoothie with boba I just received was horrible. The smoothie was not mixed and was thrown on top of the boba. 100% sugar tasted sugarless and so did the boba.

I had got a thai milk tea with pearls and milk foam, as I was drinking it there were curds of milk at the bottom. Usually when I get this drink I never have curds of milk foam in it. I’ve ordered this drink at another location and never had the milk foam not mixed in. I spoke to manager which said that it was made of butter and that it was normal. After that she asked if I wanted it re made without the milk foam but instead of doing a refund on order she put twice as much boba in it to replace the cost and when it was re made it came warm with 3 pieces of ice. Ended up spending $10 on a drink to be thrown away.
