I ordered through a third party delivery app, I did not go into this location.I cant complain about the cookies flavor, they were all pretty good. I was surprised at how small they were tho, especially after reading that they were "big" and they appear quite large in the photos. They were not big, they were very standard.The price of $19 for 6 is kinda high for what they are. Once you add fees for delivery, it's over $26... meaning you are paying $4.43 per cookie, for pretty average cookies.The prices on their own app is not much better.

I was there today Monday February 5th at 5 pm. The reason I’m mentioning the time so that the manager can take appropriate action against the employee. We walked in there were 3 other customers the employee was back there on her phone. She didn’t even come to counter asking us from the back if we ready. Once I told her we are ready she took 3/4 mins to come out with a nasty attitude. Almost felt like she is forced to work. I was ordering the wich I wanted the deluxe. She said with two different ice cream with the snickerdoodle. All she had to say sincerdoodle come in classic. She said we can’t do that and was mumbling under her breath. She also went like “oh my god like what do you want!!!??” With the nastiest attitude. When I told her what I want she went to ice cream counter and still mumbling about us. I urge the management to take a look into this if they care about their business and customers.

I was so excited to get these cookies. For $40 bucks im not impressed. I could have gotten Toll House peacan chocolate chip sookies and put them in the oven. Dont get me wrong the salted carmel was good but thats it. I guess i was expecting more of a wow factor.

When you read all of the “I hate to do this” 1 star reviews, please believe them. Horrible store, incorrect orders, employees with lousy attitudes. Just awful. It is hard to understand how they can even be in business with such awful service. Save yourself the aggravation and money and order from anywhere else.

This place is terrible!!!! I have paid for cookies, and then have been told that the cookie I paid for is unavailable on 2 separate occasions!!! Every time I visit this location, the limited time cookies are unavailable. Why charge me for cookies you don't have?! I'm never going to this location again!!!

Hate to do this. I’ve never left a bad review or a review for a place before. But considering I got terrible attitude from the employee and was refused icecream just because she didn’t want to scoop it I am. It was Halloween weekend. No wonder it’s going to be busy. If you hate your job. Find a new one. Simple as that. I’ve worked in fast food and have never treated someone that horribly before. She wouldn’t even let me get a free cookie and I was wearing my costume. Will say I’ll never go back here and I hope no one has to experience what I did while coming here.

This location is horrid. Literally the only no bad part of this experience was them not fighting about me wanting a refund. They took my money online and then had no ability to fulfill the order. They have no m&m or snickers toppings no cream cheese icing. So they at best we’re gonna give me a cookie with nothing on it. Avoid this location at all costs

Rude employees. First, they said they were done with ice cream for the night (the tubs were still out and full, and it was also 7:30 at night), and they didn’t want to bake any cookies, so there were few options if there were any (we didn’t stick around to find out, just left because the vibe was off). They didn’t even try apologizing for the inconvenience, they were just rude and laughing at us with each other for some reason. Went Sunday, Nov 5 around 7:30 pm.

Absolute terrible service employees simply dont want to do nothing but sit and play around and only fulfill online orders. Claim instore that "THEY DONT HAVE NOTHING" but are open.... but my friend had a online order and got his cookies.. All and all dont visit this location employees just want to sit around and get paid hourly for nothing and take back to back break in and out the store on shift.
