I just got back from my 2nd trip to this particular McDonald's this evening. I went inside to place my takeout order rather than wait in the long drive-thru line. I used the kiosk, to place my order- the new Double Big Mac value meal and a McDouble with a Coke. The kiosk was unable to take My payment method so I had to pay at the counter. I waited a reasonable amount of time, got my food and proceeded to drive home. I noticed on the ride home there was hardly any salt on my fries. Get home, 12 minutes later, and start unpacking my food, no Double Big Mac, I have 2 sandwiches, both McDoubles. So I decide to call them to possibly get a refund for the difference, but the phone just kept ringing. No one ever picked up. Soooo...I drive 12 minutes back over there, show them my receipt and tell them what happened. I ask them to remake the order. There is some discussion between workers, no apology to me. They discuss what I want, and I tell them I want them to remake my order. They repeat the two burgers to the line cooks a couple of times, and I point out I would also like another large order of fries because the originals are now 30 minutes old with no salt. I wait 10+ minutes for the 2 burgers and they hand me the bag. No fries. I remind them I wanted fries too. They yell to another worker to get my large fries, and I ask for a pack of salt too. 5+ minutes later they hand me the bag with fries and the burgers. I ask, again for a pack of salt. The young man grabs a handful of packs and drops them in the bag. I walk out to my car, look in the bag, no salt, just pepper. I drive home. Get everything out of the bag, and count the packs of pepper. There are 15 packs of pepper, no napkins and no salt. Just a reminde4, not 1 apology was given and these clowns want $20 an hour for this complete incompetence. Please.....smfh.

If I could give this a zero star review I would. That was the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald’s. When I walked in there was a little girl screaming, and no one was doing anything about it and then they didn’t give us a medium fry that we ordered with our nuggets, so I tried to go back in, but the door was locked (despite being opened) and people didn’t let me in. Eventually, someone let me in and I said we got a medium fry with our order and the Employee who literally took the order, gave me an attitude and said that we didn’t get one and I had to show him the receipt, even though he took the order two minutes before that. I have never witnessed such idiots in a work atmosphere. Do not go here.

I got in the drive-thru line , which was already long, placed my order pulled up and paid. I was told to pull around and NOT given a receipt. Pulled around to see like 5-6 cars already waiting. This guy kept running out with bags of food, but would only hand off like 1-2 then, go back inside because none of the orders were correct! This went on for about 5-10 minutes. I left after he came out the third time. This location needs NEW management. It was a clown show!UPDATE: I believe this location is also stealing credit card information. They're waiting a few weeks before they try the card numbers. This is why they tell everyone to pull around AND they don't always give you a receipt. This is the scam!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Based on my experience, customer service standards at McDonald's in the Baltimore area tend to be notably lower compared to other regions in the country. While Baltimore boasts many positive attributes, exceptional service at McDonald's isn't one of them. Specifically, the service at this particular McDonald's is extremely poor. We visit this drive-through weekly for a Diet Coke, as it's conveniently located near my son's appointment. Each visit seems to deteriorate further in service quality, ironically turning into a sort of amusing spectacle for us. On our latest visit, the drive-through attendant inadvertently left their microphone on, and for ten minutes, we listened to their laughter and inappropriate language, unable to place our order. It was oddly humorous, yet indicative of the service level. My advice would be to avoid this location if possible.

If you're in a hurry, do not, I repeat, do not come to this location! I was in the drive-thru line for 10 mins before my order was taken. Unfortunately, I couldn't back up bc someone was already behind me. After my order was taken, I pulled up to the window, wondering what was taking so long, just to see 2 workers, one on her phone and the other talking to her about their personal life, while there is a line of car waiting to order.

Buger disintegrated in my hands???? I genuinely don’t know how this is possible, after I ate here I had the worst chest pain in my life. However, I loved the employees, very kind, told me to put a jacket on cus it was cold.

Waited entirely too long for my doordash and my personal order of fries. There was a wait to get to the window as well as a wait for the food after being pulled up to the 3rd window. From order to food receipt about 30 minutes.

They asked me to park so they could bring my food they gave me my sprite at the window no receipt then a young lady comes out and ask what I ordered I told her she goes back in and comes out with a young man and he asks me what I ordered I tell him he then gives me my bag and I asked where is my milkshake he said you ordered a milk shake yes strawberry with no whipped cream they both go back in and the young lady comes out with smoothie I said I didn't order that she said they guy told her that's what I ordered I have to get out my truck it's raining and go in with her she tells them I ordered a milkshake they tell they don't have milkshake I say ok I would like a refund another young lady asks for the receipt I said they didn't give me one she turns around and mysteriously the strawberry shake appears I said I didn't order a strawberry with whipped cream I said no whipped cream at this point I'm pissed I just take the shake cause I don't want to fool with people making my food and they mad cause they messed up.

The food is the food - no comments there other than the rating could be higher considering that it serves the purpose intended. It's the Service that brings down the rating. It's rare to find a McDonald's that has at least decent customer service which is why I rarely visit anymore. I know that tge staff is typically comprised of kids - but so is Chik Fil A and they ALWAYS provide a wonderful Experience ?
