Terrible food. Regret eating here. The Korean one nearby is much better.

My partner and I have been here several times and have had a great experience each time. They have always been accommodating of our dietary restrictions and disabilities. The servers are attentive and friendly.Vegetarian options: Every broth can be made vegetarian and the meat-free options are very clearly labeled on the menu. The staff is very willing to answer questions and make adjustments.

It’s an experience and has a mashup of the ingenious sushi conveyor belt restaurants, the offerings of Chinese hotpot (I would Love some Korean shabu shabu inspired ingredients)

Fantastic all you can eat hot-pot with multitudes of good ingredients, a large sauce station, and tasty broths. Skip breakfast and loosen your belt!

Allergy Safe! My mother is allergic to soy (peanuts and treenuts) and she had enough options to eat her fill. The staff was SUPER attentive. Especially our server who was regularly checking on her to make sure that my mother's experience was safe. The food is great and they kept our broth full.Dietary restrictions: You can eat safely if you're allergic to peanuts, treenuts, and soy. If you can't be in the same room as these things due to allergins in the air I wouldn't recommend being here.

When Asian Hot Pot and Kebob in Lutherville closed during Covid, my family was grief stricken and did not think we would be able to find another hot pot that could compare. New Generation fills that void of sadness with tasty broth, great service, super cool and friendly staff, and the best tasting large variety of meats and veggies compared to any other hot pot.

The broth options are very bland. The sauce bar was limited. They didn't have as many options as some other Hot Pot places in the area and you had to order with the wait staff whenever they came around whereas at several other places you order at your table via ipad. For being the most expensive hot pot place I have been to in the area the food was subpar.

This place is okay. They don’t have as many options as other hotpot places. The conveyer wasn’t always filled. Maybe it was just the time I went.

New Generation is an all you can eat hot pot place. My experience was pretty average. It was ~$40 after tax and tip. I thought the meat quality was ok. Tender beef was not as tender as expected and lamb was ok. There's a small conveyor belt in the center but it didn't have a lot of variety on it so we mostly ordered our items from the servers. It would honestly be really helpful if the menu had photos of each item so it's more clear which is which. The servers were nice. The music playing switched between genres. There's a TV on each side of the restaurant.

Really delicious and filling. I got pork bone soup but any is good. They have a sauce bar as well as a conveyor belt for any small amounts of things you want to order. They also have a little area of fruits and deserts which was nice as well. The price is $40 per person which is a little bit on the expensive side which was one less star. Boston's Spring Shabu Shabu is $21/person for more offerings but this place was great quality!
