The quality of the food was poor. I got chicken parmesan with spaghetti, tomatoes and spinach. It was not fresh. I got upset stomach. My stomach hurt and I have heartburn and horrible after taste. Never eating at this location again!

I’ve ordered here twice within the past 3 weeks and my order is always wrong. I’ve stopped dining at this location because of this issue. 1st order was Door dash delivery and I ordered from the site and both my meals received no meat. For in store pick up today I ordered 3 penne rosa and surprisingly only one meal is wrong. I have no sauce and the wrong noodles I paid extra for. It’s either I have the wrong pasta, No sauce, or no meat at all. I love noodles and company, but this location has to do better. They sound great on the phone. The customer service I give 4/5. I waited 30 minutes with my three friends for mac and cheese. Mac and cheese. 30 mins.I went up to the counter and politely asked if my food was ready. In return the workers gave me sassy looks, but I eventually got my food - again, after 30 mins. So I won.

It is what you expect it to be.The dining area had multiple dirty tables.Nothing a quick wipe couldn't fix.Other than that. I'd go back.

The service was terrible--by far the worst possible experience I've had at a noodlea and company. It took 30 minutes for my friends and I's food to come out, with little to no one in here, with people ordering after us and getting it before us. The only thing we ordered was a regular mac and cheese. That does not take 30 minutes, as one of our friends can support as they work at one themselves in bel air. The staff is incompetent and clearly not trained well in regard to service. And a little cherry on top: the bathroom doors do not lock, from what I saw. Do not recommend the noodles; it makes more sense to just drive farther if this is how long the wait was.

RUN! The manager was engaged with what seemed to be an employee who was not working on this day. Not paying attention to the line. My food took 30 minutes! It sat on the counter while all of the staff except the person preparing my food was in the back area. A customer had to ask to order his food. Corporate should visit this location!!!! Its ran horribly

There’s a girl that works at the front. She has lots of tattoos (which is absolutely not a problem! Just so you have an idea of who she is) a short bush and is usually in all black. She has the WORST customer service ever! Every time I walk through that door I pray she doesn’t have to service me. While waiting on my order one day, I saw her slamming food in the bags and tossing the bags on to the pick up counter with major attitude. She is either ALWAYS scrolling through her phone or have AirPods in… AT the counter!!?? Customer service has really gone downhill. I work in customer service would probably lose my job if I displayed any type of frustration so it baffles me when I see nasty people working in customer service. She’s not the only one with BAD customer service in that place but she IS the worst

Good quick food, many options. Good kids options too!EDIT: July 2023. (Why wont Google allow new reviews after a year or so??) Anyway, it has been 4 years since my initial review above. For the most part, it stands. Still quick food, still many options and still good kids options. What happened to the service at N&C?? They no longer bring the food to you at the table. No longer give actual silverware and real plates/bowls. We get our own food now in a bag, all plastic containers and cutlery. All thrown away instead of reusable. Not a big fan of that.I did not take pics of the furniture in the dining room but I should mention that it looks a bit run down in there these days. I noticed some chairs in bad shape especially. Maybe it's time to spruce up?N&C is definitely not on the top of my list anymore for fast casual.PICS are from May/July 2023

As I picked up a delivery order I was asked to see my phone. This intrusion is usually enough to make me leave without taking an order but I allowes it today.I heard another employee telling the one speaking with me to "always check".Looking at my phone doesn't verify whether I was stealing thw food in worst case scenario and Noodles and Company is a large enough brand where this can cause major delays for food sitting right there.Another method of checking is by verbally verifying the last 3 digits of an order number with the name and maybe items.Besides this, you will still have remakes for orders where customers items were spilled or claimed to be lost. It's par for the course.
