Given the fact that two days prior I came to this exact location and left a immaculate review on the app and if I remember on here as well of how fond I was of the location it hurts me to have to say the following.I came to this location Jan 31st 2024 at about 9:20 pm. While being made to wait what I can only guess was the supervisor on shift (a guy) was whispering giving instructions to another employee to lock the door to which I asked are you guys closing go which they said no. In fact it says on Google that they close at 10. Upon asking for teriyaki chicken and telling them I filled out the survey I was told they had no more and would not be making more for the night. I then said no thank you for anything else and proceeded to leave not before giving them a piece of my mind. I told them that them trying to rush home, focusing on getting paid the most for the least, and focusing on going on break / going home is likely the reason why they don't have the necessary items prepared. Plus I mentioned the fact that I had driven all the way there because I was under the assumption they didn't close until 10. A very rude very dark skin woman then told me "our kitchen closes at 9:30" to which I told her "I had no knowledge of that seeing as a customer I checked google and they don't close until 10." Believe me I understand and respect the desire to retire for the evening however (and I get everyone isn't the same) I was raised with the ethics that you work ends when work ends not self made times that help to only self serve and not serve that of the customers. I truly think those on shift this evening deserve to be either re trained vigorously and if it doesn't take a proper effect then unfortunately they need to be let go in order to make room for others who will do the job correctly and without a selfish attitude. I would have been able to accept that they didn't have anymore of the desired item if I hadn't been rudely made to wait for the several minutes I was made to wait only to over here how they planned to lock the doors of a multi million (potentially billion at this point) dollar establishment early for clearly selfish reasons. Not to sound like Gus Fring (if you know you know) but if I was the manager, regional manager, owner, or ceo of Panda Express I'd be livid if I saw and experienced what I saw as a customer.SHAME ON YOU ALL FROM THAT SHIFT!

Below average experience for a chain, which was surprising considering its location and the business. The chicken was dry and the rice was chewy. We won't be returning to this location.

Decent quality Chinese food. Last time I ordered they only brought me 1 serving of meat, when I was supposed to get 3 servings of meat with the bigger plate I ordered. I called and they told me they will give me 2 free servings of meat next time I order, but I don't think that's enough to compensate for only bringing me about half of my food I paid good money for that night. Being they messed my order up as bad as they did it would of been more appropriate for them to of offered me a refund.

Really small portions as compare to other locations, first time writing a review for panda coz it happened at this location only. Really disappointed. You have to beg for extra and get charged extra. Still won’t be enough for one person.
