I asked for my daughter to get 4 feed ins and myself to get layered tribal braids (with jewelry) My daughter's hair was supposed to be $50 and mine $100. When we left my daughter had about 10 braids in her head that was bushy and it had looked like she had gotten it done weeks ago. When in all reality the lady had just finished her hair! Theeen my hair turned out to be "gangtas" a style I did not ask for! I'm a 30 year old woman with a hairstyle of a 10 year old that I did not ask for. Nonetheless, I still paid the lady and when I told her I didn't like it and that it wasn't what I asked for she proceeded to ask me for an upcharge (MORE MONEY)..for NOTHING because I never got the hair jewelry! It was not my fault that the braider (for my daughter) couldn't figure out the difference between 4 braids and 10. Even my 7&9 year old daughter has advised me not to go back to this place. Be warned!!! I guess unless you personally know someone you'll get whatever they feel like giving you and if it's more than what you asked for they will charge you unauthorized charges.,,,

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I specifically asked the hair braider to not put glue at the end of my tree braids, and that is precisely what they did. My real hair was glued and I am cutting it off as we speak. AWFUL.

This place rocks! The staff is very kind, fast, and efficient. I called Sofi the day before and luckily, I was able to book for the next morning. She answered all my questions in great detail. The morning of, I arrived and the staff was ACTUALLY THERE! You wouldn't believe how many hair salons I've been to where I'm forced to wait outside for about 15-20 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment for my stylist to show up. The shop is pretty spacious. There's about 3-4 braiders, including the owner, Sofi. A quaint, well air-conditioned space (I hate hot salons lol) with fast WIFI and a TV playing shows/movies. I felt like the women actually cared about my hair and were committed to give me what I wanted. No short-cuts taken! All quality work - I've had braiders in Baltimore intentionally make the braids bigger in the middle to cut time. It was nice that they had a card machine, since I forgot to stop at the ATM. Also, it is next door to a convenience store so it was nice to run over and grab a quick snack before starting. Great ambiance and positive vibes - I'll definitely be back!

To say I was frustrated this morning would be an understatement. I walked in for my 9 am appointment to a PACKED salon. No one greeted me as I stood awkwardly at the entrance, so I said I was there for my daughter's 9 am appt. A woman replied "oh, you can go over there" and gestured lazily to her right. I looked up, down, right and left and had no clue what she meant because all the chairs were full with women on their 1st-5th braid. I ask "over where?" and chileeee when I tell you she told me the waiting area around the corner... I think my head spun. I walked over there to find 2 other girls waiting... one of them was taking her old braids out and throwing them on the floor. Heaven help us. I immediately had my husband call around to other places while we waited (my daughter needs her braids today). He found Mimi's and she said she could take her immediately. I can't do unprofessionalism (especially for $200+). If this had been a homie-hookup, fine, no problem. But you want full price for half-priced service? Not from me, sis!!! Ps. Went to Mimi's and she was able to start immediately like she said! My daughter is a happy camper.

Let me just say if you want a quick meal for you and your family DO NOT I mean DO NOT Oder here. The customer service here is beyond horrible. I called today and placed an order for for a kids meal cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles and can soda comes with that. 2 orders of 6 boneless wings and a small fry. When I received the food an hour later might I add I realized I didn't have my sodas so I called back. They first tried to tell me I didn't pay for it! I said "yes I did the total even increased after I added the Extra soda" he tells me okay I'll send them. So I go to open my cheeseburger meal and there's onion, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise!!! -I only asked for ketchup, mustard and pickles. So I call back and tell them to bring a new meal fries and all. They say okay and by that time the delivery person comes back with the sodas but not the meal. Y'all confused yet because I know I am. So 40 minutes pass and I call them back because I see they're closing soon. When I call I get some rude person saying my order has been cancelled but yet I didn't get a receipt of refund and I never cancelled my order! He told me "there's nothing wrong with my food" sir everything is wrong with it ! He was yelling and very disrespectful and I drove up there and got my money back never again will I ever call this place!! I'm so upset !!! And they handled the situation in a bad manner !

First Let me CLARIFY, that I'm referring to the NEW PIZZA CITY ON BELLE GROVE.. This place has the worse customer service and even worse wings. I SPECIFICALLY asked for half hot and half BBQ, all the wings were the same, and what flavor that was, Im still asking myself. They were dry, un flavorful and taste like last week's news.. Absolutely disgusting.. I ordered chicken nuggets for my daughter, and received chopped up processed chicken patties WTF.. I bothered not to even call back and complain, WHY, you asked, I literally just drove from Atlanta, and was too damn tired.. I pray I save someone else from ordering this garbage

I usually get pizza from here on Fridays and Sat.s, it is good. It is true they use to have horrible management but theyre under new management, and it seems great, no were to sit down and its a little run down, but the people are nice, and the food is good. Reccomended

This is a fairly new local pizza delivery shop. It seems to highly embrace the world of online ordering taking on orders from such places as allmenus, foodler, grubhub, and eat24hours. They have pizza, general Italian dishes, subs, wings, etc. I ordered the pizza. The medium was a decent size for 10 bucks. Very dense and thick cheese, the kind that slips off when you pull away your slice and a chewy, airy crust. Very filling. Also what gives them bonus points is the kind of pepperoni they use, its not like most pizza places, its the kind of pepperoni thats smaller and a bit more thick and when it crisps it turns upward and creates little cups to hold all that oily goodness. I love that and its hard to find. Sadly the garlic bread was not impressive at all, although the flavor was on point the bread was horrid. Reminiscent of hot dog buns. Soft and musy and not crispy at all like real garlic bread should be. I had ordered a large expecting a good size crispy loaf but disappointed by four individual split buns. I'm guessing the small would have just been two of them. Customer service: Delivery took an hour, but the delivery guy was nice. Overall decent pizza that is a cut above most neighborhood shops, good prices, and free delivery because most pizza shops charge at least a buck or two. I have yet to try anything else from here but my suggestion would be to avoid a mistake like I did with the garlic bread and stick to what they do best. Will certainly give them another go.
