I don't need workers to be happy I'm there, but it would be nice to not feel like I'm actively bothering them by walking in. Absolutely miserable place to get food from, even if the food is good.

I usually go here and it's good. My bf came in at 8:35 since it wouldn't let us order online. Girl at the counter had a whole attitude, 30 minutes or so before closing. You work in food service. People come in to order food.

The sheer incompetence emanating from the staff at this location is nothing short of impressive. Based on my own experiences and observations of other customers, they have such little knowledge of the menu that they cannot even identify which items have meat or not. They’re selling soup but they don’t even have spoons. When they finish a sandwich, they throw it at the cashier with no communication and expect the customer to keep asking where their sandwich is until they realize it’s in front of them and ring it up.Also Potbelly itself is overpriced for the size and the quality. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because I do enjoy the flavor of the Mediterranean sandwich. Well, that is if the cashier realizes the sandwich is in front of him before it gets cold.

I went to get a sandwich and they had a sign on the door that said they didn’t open until 12pm. Once I got inside they wasn’t taking orders unless it was online and they wasn’t starting until 12:30pm because they didn’t have their set up ready. I was in my break and just wanted a quick bite.

I ordered the avocado flatbread. It was okay (not bad), but they didn't have ranch smh. I also ordered an apple salad, which was good, but again no ranch smh. All food was overpriced. Definitely wouldn't return

Ordered delivery off the App. 30 minutes after when my food was supposed to be delivered I called yo ask about it and was told my food had been sitting there because they didn’t have any drivers. When I questioned why it let me order delivery when that wasn’t an option they blamed me because ‘no one orders delivery from the app’. Ordering from direct app is most profitable for them so you think they’d prefer this. Don’t order delivery unless your sure they have drivers apparently(?). Very strange service…

I love me a good sandwich and the options are plenty at Potbelly's. I went with my tried and true order of turkey, Swiss, lettuce, tomato and extra mayo. You get your choice of bread and they toast the bread, meat and cheese before adding the toppings. I didn't realize my sandwich was going to be toasted. Not how I prefer my sandwich but it wasn't bad. The service was speedy and the restaurant was clean. I would certainly recommend.

I bought the big Spicy Italian on Friday, Dec 8. I am giving 3 stars because I asked for extra peppers and pickles but Jack only put little bit of both and the sandwich was very salty.

very upset about my order that was just delivered tonight! Usually what. I order from Potbelly Deli, my orders are flawless. I ordered balsamic vinaigrette to be added to my sandwich. and when I opened, there was no balsamic vinaigrette on it, so I called and told the employee who answered the phone, and her snarky reply was..."So what do you want me to do about it?!" That not how you talk to a customer who is displeased with the their order. The. she goes on to tell me she did not make the sandwich and when the sticker prints out for the orders that the print is small so the employee making the sandwich probably didn't see it. That is their job to get the orders they are making correct. So displeased with my dinner and the customer service I received tonight. I work in customer service and that is not how I would treat my custoners at all! May not be going back there or ever ordering delivery again from them after this experience. The employee I spoke with most def needs to learn to how to treat customers who are not happy with their orders. So unhappy right now after a very long shift at my job!

Ordered to-go online and arrived in the pickup spot about 5 minutes before pickup time. Called and was told it's not yet ready, and they will bring it out when it's done . Knock on the window and it wasn't my order. 15 minutes past nobody comes out and I go in, the food was done and been sitting there. I asked if it had been sitting there and was told no, it was just done. The food was already semi cold. Seriously don't lie to your customers, and on top of all this they got my order wrong.
