Was extremely rushed. Skimped on literally everything. The girl working there closed up my bowl 3 times before i was done ordering. Food was cold, cookies were stale and there bag of chips is literally maybe 1/4 filled. Such a rip off. Qdoba you really need to step your game up. Total waste of money.

My first time trying qdoba and it was sooo good! The team and manager were so kind and really gave me a great experience. Everything was fresh and I placed an order for pickup. I will always go here now instead of Chipotle!

I tried to order one loaded tortilla soup in a tortilla bowl and one side of tortilla soup in a cup. The employees here had no idea what I was talking about. Four of them stood around trying to decipher what I meant by “side of soup.” They gave me a tiny sauce cup and I said “no, cup of soup”and pointed to one of the cups. Finally they understood and the manager (who was on his cell at the counter) said repeatedly that I could have chicken in the side of soup. I said I wanted beans instead of chicken and we were back to square one, with them having no idea what I meant. He said that when I order the loaded soup, it comes in a tortilla, so I said “okay forget it, I’ll just take one soup.” I assumed that they simply didn’t offer cups of soup. When I got home, I see a side cup of soup right on the online menu. Extremely frustrating experience. If you order here, use the app. The manager and employees don’t even know what’s on their own menu.
…it’s getting better but Backline staff needs to more courteous to the customers…
