This was my first time at Raising Cane’s, I definitely wanted to see what all the hype was about. I will start this off by saying the chicken tenders and bread were really good but everything else was nothing to write home about. The coleslaw is too sweet but did have a nice crunch to it. If I wanted crinkle cut fries I could’ve got a frozen bag from the grocery store. And probably the most controversial portion of this review, the Raising Cane’s sauce is nothing special (just very bland in my opinion). I wish I knew if they offered other sauce options because I probably would’ve enjoyed my meal much more with a better sauce.As for the atmosphere, it is incredibly loud and busy. The staff manages it well and the line did move pretty quickly. But unless you’re okay with bumping into people everywhere, waiting for a table, and have difficulty hearing the person who’s taking your order because of the volume, I suggest you go somewhere else or place a mobile order and eat at home if you like Raising Cane’s.The food was pretty good but not really worth the hassle

Food 1000/10! I used to eat chick fil an everyday but I’m ngl after trying this I don’t even think chick fil a is good. Best fresh fast food you can get! Just bad parking at this location and it can be kinda packed!

Oh my gosh, best tenders I ever had! There's a garage next to the restaurant, and they validate, so its free. The price is a bit too high for tenders, though. I think I ordered just 4 pieces and fries that were about $11.50. Pricey but delicious.

Caucasian male manager that closed Friday March 22,2024 is terrible . Not a problem solver at all, lied to my order pick up person and said “that order number isn’t in the system because the name on the order didn’t match.” I finally went inside (pregnant) showed the SAME thing my pick up person showed & he said the same thing so I asked him what I’m supposed to do can I get a refund he said “I don’t know what to tell you” and I pulled up my email and pleaded for him to search the order number again he said “I’ll try one more time” and we found the name on the order was different. Being in customer service your job is to solve the problem. He was whiling to let me walk away with no food and wasted money. He needs to be retrained or work somewhere else with a new profession. Terrible, terrible person, stemming from a place of prejudice that’s all I could see. Even the security was confused on why he was barely helping .
Canes is life, Canes is love. Service in Towson is good or great, and the food comes out as fast as it should.Canes as a whole is suffering from shrinkflation, make no mistake. I swear the portions have gotten slightly smaller over time while prices have noticeably gone up. Both of the Canes closest to me are too far away to visit regularly, so when I do go spending some money there isn't a problem, but I definitely would be dissuaded from going more than twice a week if one were closer to me.

Chickens was moist, it lacks flavor big time it was okay. The fries were just plain no seasoning no flavor beyond over salted I didn’t even eat them. The sauce is way over hyped it literally taste like a thousand island mixed with old bay and vinegar.the garlic bread was starting to go bad it tastes like the smell of yeast like beer.Parking: There is no parking
