I come in at 9 tonight to place a order for pizza after I drive 20 minutes to get there to hear are you here for a pickup I said no I want to place a order he then said I'm sorry our kitchen is closed we wasn't busy my question is why do you have hours until 10 if the kitchen is closed at 9 crazy never again lost me

I should've read the reviews before ordering from here. I used to really love the Buffalo Chicken Pizza from here years ago so I thought I'd give it a try. Seasons has changed everything since then because this pizza was terrible. The crust was super thin and it came with half the toppings missing, little to no cheese and just an overall mess. Half the pizza had marina when it's supposed to have hot sauce and I definitely didn't taste any gorgonzola cheese.

Order a pizza online at 10:55. It went through and said it would be delivered between 11:30-11:50. Never received the pizza and the next morning it still states that the pizza would be delivered the night before. Maybe if your gonna close early make sure you shut your online order off.

This review is not based on the food for this Seasons location. It’s based on the disgraceful actions of one of its employees who was visiting the location I was at.My family and I were visiting the Seasons located on Old Harford Rd. this evening. I was pushing my 6 year old daughter who is in a wheelchair to the restroom. The entryway to the restroom area was blocked, so I asked this employee who was dressed in a Sesaons uniform if he could move the chair so I can have access to the restroom. He looked me and my daughter from head to toe and said in a sarcastic tone “I dont work here, I’m just here to pick up an order” and just walked away. Another employee of the Seasons on Old Harford Rd asked what was going on, so I told him. I then asked him if he knew the guys name and he said no but I will find out. The rude Seasons employee from the Towson location hurried up out the store with a bag in his hand before I could get his name. Upon leaving the restroom I talked to the manager of the location where we were dining and asked if he knew what happened and he said he was just informed. I then asked him if he doesn’t work here, how was he allowed to just walk behind the counter like that, can I just walk behind you counter like that? I said what’s his name and I was told by the manager that he doesn’t know, he just knows he works at the Towson store.I don’t have his name but his description is, Caucasian male, early 20’s, short medium somewhat curly black hair, and his height is abt 5’5-5’7 and his weight is maybe around 115-125 pounds.I just want to say I’m VERY offended by his actions. It was disgusting, disgraceful, rude and not a good representation of a Seasons employee. I feel my daughter and I have been discriminated against. This type of behavior should not be acceptable at any establishment. I feel he could have just moved the chair. I think him telling me he don’t work there made it sound better because he didn’t want to move the chair. But where is the human kindness and compassion to help a person with a disability?My daughter and I are very hurt by this situation. People don’t realize or understand the struggles of a person with a physical disability. What if my daughter was older and by herself and this situation happened? It’s very sad and unfortunate that this won’t be the last time she will be discriminated against because of her disability?.
