Walked in and walked right out no greeter no seating nothing! it seems like its a go for what you know place the girl sitting at the bar sat there alone and said she is holding 4 bar seats. All in all a bad experience glad i didnt spend any money in here. I wouldnt come back. For its location and the service i dont see this place lasting long at all. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Terrible. Came here for brunch on 4/21. First of all, i can’t hear my thoughts over the music. All my food came out separately and my grits were not creamy, but more like clumps. My salmon was served on a bed of salad lettuce that looked like it was the mixed greens from Safeway. No sauce. Nothing. It was supposed to be served with toast but I never received that. The only thing that was good were the mimosas, which I’m sure in an hour will give me a headache because it’s probably Andre. If I could give zero stars I would. Probably negative stars.

Great time, standing room only due to Ravens NFC game! Owner acknowledged that I had been standing a while and offered his seat to me. Super impressed, way to go for super attention to detail during an extremely busy time. In addition, all young ladies on staff were sweet, communicative and handled a large rowdy crowd with ease. Will be back!

I really didn't want to do this but something has to give. I am currently sitting in the restaurant watching the Ravens game, and I totally understand it's busy but at no given time should it take an hour to get fried chicken wings. After waiting an hour we were notified that our waitress has left for tonight what a great way to gain more business. I hope it gets better in time. I understand trying but this was not thought out at all. I'm current looking at our waitress staying in the kitchen door with a coat on.

Excellent customer service from the bartenders Jess and Jenna! They were the best, very attentive and polite. Their hospitality was A+The restaurant was extremely clean! My food came out in a timely fashion and was very good. I will be coming here weekly. Love this place!
Food is overpriced with 18% gratuity automatically included in customer orders. This is sometimes applied to customers that are not dinning within the establishment which is not legal. The kitchen and back of the house definitely have sanitation concerns including the quality and freshness of ingredients. Fly's are rampant in the basement and sometimes make their way up the steps to the kitchen. The staff is pleasant and make the experience very personable; however, if it was not for this the food would not be worth the visit. The aesthetic of the bar is nice and great for cute pictures. All in all silks is overpriced for the quality that is provided.Vegetarian options: Yes, Some of the best at silks , unless the male manager is cooking in the kitchen, that’s not a chef.Dietary restrictions: Good, food and drink allergy concerns due to trying to keep up with supply and demand of customer special requests.Parking: Mid, There’s a lot of businesses surrounding the area and that makes finding free parking specifically for silks a challenge.Kid-friendliness: No, this has been expressed by customers and employees.Wheelchair accessibility: No clue, I’m not sure about spacing with the door and the chair accessibility; however, there are dining options in front of the restaurant.
