This location was a hotter mess than any other fast food scene I have had to bear thru, I was here for an hour to pick up food I ordered ahead. I observed several employees leaning on a table while it was busy. Several other people got their food before me. Props to Diego to who was working as hard as he could though!

Let me start by saying I love Sonic but you're better off going to a different location (Patapsco Ave is great)!!!We had a horrible experience here not only did it take about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter and take our order, the corn dogs were barely luke warm, the number five burger was smothered with way too much garlic, the onion rings were clearly cooked at different times half were burnt & half were golden, as well as the dirty Dr pepper had barely any Dr pepper in it, the tables were filthy and I had to knock on the swing doors to get our drinks 6 minutes after we had already received our food!! Won't be returning to this one again!! My husband says it would've been better and less wasteful to get a cup of noodle instead!

Something has happened to this place. I get long delays in the parking spots. To be there with no cars in the drive thru and waiting 20 plus minutes for food is insane. To add insult to injury my order is always wrong.

After no answer for 20 minutes at DriveInKiosk#7 it became obvious that it was not working. We then went to the DriveThru (which was barely audable)and reported it and then again at the window but the cashier only murmered that she though that both #6 and #7 weren't working . When I reminded her that a SIGN was needed to warn other customers not to use the kiosks she just ignored me . Upon receiving the food, I asked her what the Mgr said when she told him . When she said that she had "not told him yet" ... I requested them to do it myself . I told him about both mechanical issues and about her indifference . He said that he could not fix the DriveThru speaker but he said that he could have the cashiers try to speak louder ... and I hope that he then blocked or marked Kiosks #6 and #7 . Tell us about YOUR experience !
