visited this store for the first time last week, never had thb bagels before. Customer service was great food tasted good! Even when a sandwich of mine was made wrong a staff member ( hate myself I can’t remember her name, I know her when I see her) went above and beyond to fix it and made sure I was happy. She didn’t know I was spending my last for breakfast and her customer service blessed and helped me tremendously! I will be coming back as a regular and I’m bringing a gift for her. Get The Show-Off, you won't be disappointed. One minor complaint. THB, when preparing toasted/hot sandwiches, please melt the cheese. Especially on a breakfast sandwich where everything else is hot. For some reason the cheese is never melted.

Thank you Cortney for greeting us when we walked in today. I've been coming here since I was in high school, so almost 25 years. The food is always great, fresh, and priced fair. The service has always been great, and today was no exception. We need more businesses like this.Parking: Street parking can be tough but go down the street and there's a corner lot from the alley. Pay on your phone.

Whoever prepared my omelette, left the paper on the cheese, and when I bit down into my omelette, I bit down on a hard piece of paper stuck to melted cheese.

This place is consistently delicious. I've ordered delivery from this place for the past 3 years and not once was my order incorrect or tasted bad. It's not often you can say that about a restaurant. My go to breakfast is the toasted everything bagel with scrambled egg, cheddar and bacon. I highly recommend.
I love a good breakfast sandwich, especially when it involves an everything bagel. I was in the Towson area and wanted a bacon egg and cheese bagel, but I didn't want DD or McDonald's. I wanted something better quality. So off to yelp I went and I found this place. I was a little skeptical based on some reviews but decided to give them a try anyways. And I'm so glad I did! The bagel was absolutely perfect. The right amount of everything seasoning, nice and chewy with a great texture. And they loaded up the bacon, egg, and cheese. For less than $10, I was full until dinner time! Service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Generally they do a pretty good job with my bagels. I do not like that they don't take orders over the phone but fine I order online. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a crossiant and it looked like someone stepped on it. This is without exaggeration my sandwich looks as if someone stepped on it, and then they wrapped it in tinfoil. I'm not sure if they think is because I order online presentation isn't nearly as important, but it is especially when I'm paying more for a croissant. In addition to the presentation being awful when I called the store to try to rectify the situation, they weren't very helpful. I say all this to say, do not order a croissant from THB.
