I'm not sure if a manager came to the phone and asked why the associate picked up the phone. But I was hung up on without even getting an answer to my question. This was so rude.

I haven't dined at the Cheesecake Factory in some time. The wait was long. The food was okay. The cheese cake was delicious. Moving forward, I will visit to purchase cheesecake only.

Normally we eat in But this time we got it to go, not saying that changes anything. But, i ordered a carbonara with bacon, and it came with very little bacon. It looked like it was maybe half to maybe 1 slice of bacon, if that. Since that was the main part my kids wanted, i ended up having to cook bacon when we arrived home.

While it is showing it's age, the CF is still a great option for a sit down meal at Towson Town Center. They should be ashamed of the calorie counts on 90% of the menu, but I tried one of the "low cal" options, the Tuscan Chicken (Grilled Chicken Breast with Tomatoes, Artichokes, Capers, Fresh Basil and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Served over Fresh Vegetables and Farro) and it was very good. I was surprised it was "under 600 calories" since it was 3 pieces of chicken! Very filling.But, then, I ruined it by ordering cheesecake.... Salted Caramel Cheesecake (Caramel Cheesecake and Creamy Caramel Mousse on a Blonde Brownie all Topped with Salted Caramel) which was a shocking number of calories, that I have now blocked out.EDIT (add 04/24) - ordered from this location, delivery. I ordered Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Spicy Chipotle Pasta and Fresh Banana Cream Cheesecake. The only thing that was quite good was the Brussels! They were amazing, great glaze, nice and crispy/chewy. But, perhaps CF is best enjoyed eating in. The Spicy Chicken Pasta was not a winner. The flavor was somehow not consistent throughout the dish. Bland to mild spice. It did not look very appetizing either, it was drowning in tortilla strips. Lastly, the "fresh" Banana Cheesecake looked like it was dropped AND run over. It did not look "fresh" the bananas looked very sad and the whipped cream did not taste good at all.All pics from delivery order.

Waited about 35 mins for a burger. I think the waiter forgot to put my order in, smh. Had two drinks due to wait. Burger was good. Drinks were definitely not worth the price. Ordered a slice of cake to go home, which was very small.

It was a well kept establishment. We didn't eat there. We just drove down from York Pennsylvania about 50 miles one way just to get some cheesecake to take home. We drove all that way for five slices of cheesecake. It tasted phenomenal. It was worth the drive. Also the staff was very nice and quick. I think it only took about 15 minutes and we were on the way home. I'm not a big cheesecake eater but that I really likedParking: It's almost right next door to the Cheesecake Factory. We found a space just as you start up the second floor ramp so all we had to do was walk down the ramp and make a left turn and we were there
