Well, dang, this was just okay for us. It seems to be an overpriced experience that is no longer as novel as it used to be. We wanted to love it, but at this price point, it fell short. We tried two cheesy apps, one siee salad, and three entrees for this birthday party of four, plus two cocktails, 1 mocktail, and 1 soda. Total bill with tip was $245. Too pricey and not upscale enough for the taste of this cook-it-yourself lunch. There was nothing that tasted BAD; it was just meh. Service was decent and nice. Cleanliness seemed fine. The layout of the restaurant was a little twisty-turney and poorly lit, but the booth was fine. If it was priced lower, I could muster up a four-start review, but as is, it is a 3+.

I can't rave enough about how amazing Zack was! He was great with us and our children! He was always very prompt and anticipated what we may need or want next amazingly! I definitely recommend this melting pot! Ask for Zack, especially if you have littles! This location was very clean, quality food, and great service.

This is my first time trying the melting pot franchise and I’m very satisfied. I didn’t realize they also offer entree selections. Aside from the good food, our server Daniel was exceptional! I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection but he explained everything and he was very patient. Because of his customer service, we had a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely return to this location.

Good and service were fantastic. The menu was well marked with dietary restrictions. Great atmosphere and a good date night place. A little expensive but definitely worth it!Dietary restrictions: Great GF alternatives.Parking: Plenty of parking garages around but nothing right next to the restaurant.

We came here to celebrate a delayed valentines dinner. The food was great, no complaints. Unfortunately make sure you have a whole evening free to go! We were seated around 5:15 and it felt like we were forgotten about. We waited 1.5hr just to transition from the cheese to the main dish. At the end of the meal we had to go and look for someone to get us the check after we had already been there for 3 hours! The staff were very apologetic as we had our 9 month old there with us who was the one who became very impatient with the slow service. We love the melting pot and it's unfortunate that we couldn't fully enjoy our experience this time around. Hopefully in the future we can have better service!

Food was delicious and our server was outstanding. Only suggestion for improvement would be to add more burners to dining tables to cut down on the wait time for cooking meals. This would be also helpful for guests with food allergies who require their food to be cooked separately. Or perhaps staff could inform guests of available cooking options ahead of time. Enjoyable dining experience overall.

Night started out great but once it was time for checks it went down. Added on extra items that were ordered but never received and took over a half an hour for the manager and our waiter to fix.

We go annually to the Melting pot. Who doesn't love dipping everything in chocolate and cheese. So good.

We had a party of 7 come in the day before Valentine's Day. The kitchen was slow but our server Lauren was wonderful! She was kind and transparent about the wait. She really made the experience that much better. Thank you! ?P.S. management should provide containers so we can take home leftover broth!

You have that you use contactless payments on your website but you do not. Your service was not very good and there were multiple times where we had to wait 15+ minutes just to ask for something because it was so slow.

We went to the melting pot for my daughter's 14th birthday staff was fantastic and engaging with the teen girls that were at the party. Food was pretty darn good and the experience of the girls having fun while socializing over fondue was amazing I would definitely book this venue for my next party or gathering.

My daughter and I were under a time constraint for dinner. Our server was great and really respected our limited time to eat. I was a little disappointed with the food, it was just okay. I also felt our dinner was pretty expensive for two people.

Me and my boyfriend shared our three year anniversary dinner at this restaurant and honestly I’m left speechless. EVERYONE is unbelievably kind and went above and beyond. Jeff was our waiter and he needs a promotion because he made our day so special and more. The food was excellent, romantic atmosphere, super clean, fast service, amazing staff and overall terrific experience. Jeff explained every step while preparing our food and really put on a beautiful show with creating the delicious food in front of our faces. WE WILL BE COMING BACK!!!Parking: Just a little pass the restaurant is a parking garage within a half of a mile and a 5 minute walk.
