We visited the Towson location. The food was very good. Our waitress is a new hire and had to check on a lot of the questions we asked, given it was our first time there. Needless to say, we all survived it and had a ton of laughs on the way. We started with the honey oldbay wings, which were amazing. Happy Hour special, we got 8 for $10. For pizzas, we got the Jawn. It's a twist on a cheessteak, and it was pretty darn good. For our second pizza, we got the tiger king, which is the equivalent of meat lovers. This pizza was delicious. They offer full, half, and gluten-free. 8 slices for full. 4 slices for half. Trust me, a half will more that fill you up. I'm so glad we didn't just order pizza hut and have it delivered due to the rain. Came in for the 1st Time was Greeted by a friendly smile and pleasant attitude. The young lady Helped walk me through the menu and ordering process. Once getting my food noticed that it wasn't correct (wings) the were the wrong flavor that I didn't not ask for than I asked if I could get a cup of the actual flavoring I asked for (lemon pepper) the young lady apologized and asked to assist after taking my food back to the kitchen she stated that it would be a charge to get thw actual flavor for my wings due to the kitchen being told not to waste food as she stated. After complaining she in fact gave me a cup of seasoning fpr my wings which it didn't take to them. Basically it was a terrible experience aside the Young lady that assisted me with my order. Would not ever go here again...

So I was craving mozzarella sticks and wings. I ordered here through the Slice app because I’ve visited the one downtown twice and loved my food. My order was $27 for just 8 wings and cheese sticks! The mozzarella sticks weren’t like the ones I’ve had downtown. They weren’t good. They were supposed to be hand made sticks but the ones I received seemed frozen. Also, the ones downtown were much bigger. What’s worse, is they give the smallest container of marinara for about 6 cheese sticks. I wasn’t even enough sauce to dip all sticks. For $9.50 it’s a no for me. I also got the honey obay wings. They were good but I’m not sure if I would buy again at that price. I did notice they have a happy hour and the wings were on the menu. If I want wings or pizza again from this place, I’ll just go to happy hour. NEVER order the mozzarella sticks! The young ladies were nice!

I kept getting ads from this place and finally got some delivered. SO good. I'm usually really picky about my pizza, but I really liked theirs. The crust is so thick and perfect, and I like that the sauce is only on one part of the pizza (I'm not the biggest fan of sauce). The Old Bay garlic parm fries were amaaaazing. Y'all get this picky eater's stamp of approval!

Stopped at Underground Pizza for the first time to try the Garfield pie. There were a few happy hour specials, so we got an order of wings as well. The pizza was ok, but I thought it would be a bit more flavorful (the sauce). It looked better than it tasted, but honestly wasn't bad. The wings were pretty good as well. The decor and overall vibe were cool and we received excellent service from Floyd. Will definitely be back to give some of the other menu options a try!

My girlfriend and I order from here a lot because she is vegan. My only complaints are they skimp you on toppings if you get a plain cheese and add them. I got pepperoni and sausage and it was severely lacking in both. I expect more pepperoni and sausage on a $30 pizza. As a lover of Detroit style pizza (spent most of my childhood living in the Detroit area), I will be ordering again but sticking to plain cheese or specialty pies that have an adequate amount of toppings for the price.

First time trying Underground Pizza. It was okay, different. I tried to call my order in have to do everything online. Not a big deal but I had some questions since it was my first time trying it. I got honey old bay wings, and pepperoni pizza to play it safe. Wings were amazing, and the pizza didnt disappoint me. Pizza is thick and love the crust pepperoni are on smaller size but it works. A little pricey to me but good taste I will try other pizzas and of course more old bay wings.

I’ve tried this spot 3 times now, first I got regular pizza with sausage. The sausage was BRUTALLY spicy, but it didn’t say that on DoorDash. I can deal with a little heat but it KILLED the pizza and was all mixed in the sauce because it was some sort of mini sausage minced meat rather than being pieces I could pick off. ): second time I did a chicken pesto pizza, it was okay but could use a base sauce. It was just missing something. The third time I was willing to try the red sauce pizza again hoping it wasn’t spicy since I couldn’t tell from the first instance, but this time I added chicken since the chicken pesto was alright. The chicken was HORRIBLE AND GREY. IT WAS COMPLETELY UNSEASONED AND WHY WAS IT GREY?! I spent over $80 at this establishment total trying to find something worth eating and for the price & portion size it is just not worth it. Im struggling to find a good pizza spot in the area and I wanted to like this so bad because the potential is THERE. I would love a sweet sauce and a non-spicy sausage option ):

My wife and I tried the Quattro Stagioni (their sampler) since it was our first time eating here. Just wanted to try some different options without committing to whole pies. The funfetti and woodlands were our favorites of the four. Tiger king has too much going on with the meats that makes it overly salty and the pesto doesn’t really have a strong pesto flavor. If you’ve tried the pesto chicken pizza from Pub Dog (for us Baltimoreans) then you’ll know what I’m talking about. Overall this place is pretty solid and I like the deep dish nature of the pies. We’re going to have to get the full experience and dine in next time.Since this was an online order it was quick and easy and our food was ready when we arrived.

I first learned of underground pizza while visiting inner harbors Maryland Science center (since they don't have onsite food anymore) Underground Pizza had a food truck there. Now I order delivery from the Towson location. I have never had anything that wasn't of high quality. Prices are about what you would expect. This reminds me of Chicago style pizza more than anything. Not any healthy options but totally worth it for the flavors. Highly recommend trying underground pizza because it is a unique restaurant with excellent food. Have never visited the brick and mortar store.
