Literally the worst I went to order a 5 piece wing all flats and he told me I can't get all flats after I said I will pay extra he told me I can't get because they have to many drums which isn't my concern or problem makes no sense to me how 5 flats will effect your business if I'm a paying customer hire better competent people

I didn’t put stars for atmosphere as it’s usually hot as ever in there, however, the two young gentleman that work there are ALWAYS so kind. They are patient with my son and older mother. They always smile when my mom and son come in. They’re very welcoming and even though I moved from across the street, I’d rather drive to them when I want wings.

Only if it's "Opposite Day"...There were 3 other customers waiting at 7:45 which should have been a clue...Wings were small dry and probably reheated. I had never been to this location before and no need to go again. For $13.00 I would expect juicy hot and at least medium sized wings. None of the above. Well the sauce was hot. Save your time and money. Get an air fryer or go to another location.

I visited America's Best Wings in Largo, MD on Saturday, March 4, 2023, around 7 pm. I called my order in as I sat in my car outside their location. I requested 10 bone-in wings, mild all drums. He immediately (claimed) he couldn't do it and I asked why and he simply said he couldn't. My car was positioned to see directly in front of the store and they had no customers and were about to close in less than an hour. I suspect he was too (lazy) based on his nonchalant/ghetto responses and chose not to honor my request. I immediately canceled the order and will not patronize that location in the future.

Customer service in this area is awful. I ordered in ADVANCE for pick up at a specific time. When I get there to pick up my order they hadn’t even made it yet. They said that their policy is to confirm big orders prior to making it because it’s not paid for yet. Even though I can understand that, it was a terrible inconvenience and no one explained that to me when I placed the order. I think it’s important to be transparent to customers when because how else would we know what your business policies are? It’s so annoying and I won’t ever spend my money at an establishment who has such little regard for inconveniencing patrons.

With the name, "America's Best Wings", what would one Expect- The BEST or at least CLOSE. The wings were not the best or even close. They were ROCK HARD. If you like HARD wings, this is THE place.I had decided to eat in - Thankfully!!I returned to the counter, and politely stated my concern about the HARD state of the wings and requested a replacement order. The youngman accepted my request and the ROCK HARD wings. Shortly, he returned with my replacement. I thanked him and left - big MISTAKE. They at least as hard as the first order.IF YOU LIKE 'ROCK HARD' WINGS - this is the place. If not, head for the hills - DO NOT ENTER. TheMEAT WAS, AT LEAST, AS HARD AS THE BONES.I will spread the word and never return.Consider this a word to the wise.
