Before I demolish this food from Carolina Kitchen, I have to give kudos, the meatloaf, Mac and Cheese is awesome, candid yams is on point. Ohhh and they have vegan options!!! If you go please ask for the Love rice!!( which is Vegan) no disappointment at all. The food was very good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. After waiting longer than usual for my food, my frustration was noticed by a young employee by the name of Tahitian. He asked me if I was ok and after explaining my situation to him I had my order and was on my way. This young man was very nice and made sure that my problem was resolved!

This is nothing against the restaurant or food itself, yet there needs to be better organization for pick up/Door Dash, Uber Eats orders. Instead of all of us standing in a group, blocking the drink machines and other customers from their items, maybe there needs to be a line? Also, train your front end/cashier staff on customer service. Some of them are especially rude. One woman helped the gentleman behind me with his order yet as soon as she saw that I needed assistance, looked at my phone, and walked away. Another completely ignored me the first time I asked, then caught an attitude when I asked again. I understand the store can be hectic, but the attitudes when needing help aren't necessary.

This place/location was totally over rated, the chicken had no seasoning, the greens was disgusting, the yams was ok. The best thing was the rice and mash potatoes ooh yeah and the cornbread. Waste of $45 , will never return to this location. The staff was pleasant that’s where the stars came from cause the food was DISGUSTING. Wasn’t open for dining but they allowed us to sit and eat since they were still open.

Loved this place. The line was super long but well worth it. Honestly, it took me 2 days to finish the food. The portions are wild and the taste is out of this world. The Mac n Cheese is sooooooo good. The vibe is awesome too. They were playing church music and the lord was in the building and in the food. Go here, you'll get the ittis and you won't regret it.

Assumed you get on line to order food cuz again no signs or employees telling how it works... Asked employee do you sit and order, she said yes... Got off line and now the employee said you have to be on line to order food ...thanks for noticing cuz I lost my space.... Dear owner DONT ASSUME THAT PEOPLE KNOWS HOW TO ORDER THE 1ST TIME THEY GET THERE... PUT SIGNS OR COMPONENT EMPLOYEES DIRECTING PEOPLE HOW TO ORDER ...
