I Love ordering pizza from these guys , no problem. I decided to order a steak and cheese sandwich today..WTH WAS THAT!!!There was enough steak to maybe cover a third of the sandwich… so the bread is what I tasted not even the steak. Just stick to pizzas!!!

This place is GHETTO. Called me to tell me they only had 1 driver & that my food could take up to 2 hrs to get to my house & that I could come pick it up if I didn’t want to wait. I then reiterated that I was charged for delivery fee when I paid online… she then tells me she could refund it and recharge it as a pick up but I wouldn’t get the refund for the first charge for 5-7 business days… so I would basically be charged $36 for a $15 order… INCONVENIENCE #1. Then I said can y’all just give me another one of the $6 deals because my delivery charge was $6?…a break even kind of deal so we wouldn’t have to worry about the refund. The manager on duty tonight 11/22/23 10:20pm- said he would give me another order of cinnamon twists (which was already on my order) or a 2 ltr soda but can’t give me a pizza or anything else…. So let me get this correct. This establishment expected me to #1 either wait 2 hrs for my food or pick it up- so waste my gas, & time then try to give me a TWO LITTER SODA or a dbl order of something I ALREADY have to break even. I canceled the entire order I don’t even wanna buy from this place ever again. All the inconvenience to the customer and you got the nerve to not accommodate to the customer? Down right HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give ZERO stars I would !

I walked up to the front entrance with my toddler and 2 male employees were outside the door smoking weed. One had on a hoodie and one had on his full uniform. I went inside and the one in his uniform shirt and hat came in and asked me did I have an order but the girl inside was already getting my order so he went back outside. In the 3 seconds it took to hand her me my pizza and open the door, the guy was already back outside smoking weed again. That's ridiculous. At least walk down the sidewalk and change/cover your work shirt.

I ordered just 1 med pepperoni pizza & 6 wings, $35.00 !! Took them 1 1/2 hrs just to cook it, then another 1/2 hr to deliver !When I called to complain, they refused to let me talk to the manager and said that weren't even supposed to take my order because they don't deliver to my address !! And I have had previous deliveries in the past ! NEVER again will I order, I'm sticking to Lido's Pizza from now on...

Very disappointed. We waited for almost two hours and the pizza never arrived. I placed the order at 9:20 called the store at 10pm to ask if it was on the way because the tracker wasn’t moving on the app. They told me it was about to leave the store. I called again at 11pm and asked them to cancel it because we have been waiting for so long. The guy who answered was extremely rude. And didn’t want to give me a refund and cancel the order. I will be calling in the morning and ask to speak to the store manager and calling corporate as well. I probably will never order from here again due to this unprofessionalism.
