Unfortunately, as a Dunkin rewards member, I must give this particular location a 1-star!I just left this store after ordering ahead via the Dunkin app. I ordered a medium coffee and two donuts and pre-paid also via the app, which the app makes you do, no option to pay on pickup.When I arrived, via drive-thru to pickup my items, I noticed my cup felt light, so I opened the lid and noticed the cup's content were low, so I asked the gentlemen to please add more coffee, which he did, begrudgingly.I drove off, but as I went to grab a donut from the bag, I noticed the bag had a large hole on the side with oil spots from the donuts and the donuts inside were visible. One of the donuts was not what I ordered so I returned to the store to request 2 new donuts, and to please give me the donut I ordered in the app.The gentleman told me they didn't have the donut I ordered, that is why I received a different donut. I asked for a refund for the one donut they did not have.He told me to call corporate and request a refund. I then repeated it back to him and he said correct. Okay, fine, Ill said, give me the number. He then replied you can Google it and it will come up, then call the number and request a refund.Dunkin is a franchise so you cannot call a corporate number to request a refund! I suspect he thought I didn't know that.Thus, I warn you, DO NOT patronize this establishment - find another Dunkin location - AVOID 7603 Crain Hwy.I'm without a couple dollars, but hopefully he will see this Google review and understand his unprofessionalism and lying will cost him a lot more!

Made purchase through mobile to walk in, was told to go through drive thru. Once there no one available. Requested a refresher with less ice, as you can see I have a cup full of ice. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Anticipating new Clinton location to open to avoid this location.* attached receipt so that you can see everything was ignored from the walk-in pick up to the ice. This is clearly a location that does NOT care about your business. .

This is my neighborhood Dunkin's. I grew up in Boston where Dunkin's was founded, I'm 65 years old, and I've been a customer all my life. This Upper Marlboro branch is great. They are efficient, the lattes are great, and the donuts fresh. Great manage and great employees.

I love Dunkin Donuts however this location on the corner of Crain Hwy and Osborne Rd. is the worse. The workers are rude, they never have the items you want and the customer service is horrible. I will drive out of my way to spend my money at another location before I go back to this one!
