We really tired to like this place. But, the food and customer service is just awful most, if not all of the time. To start, the man taking orders over the phone is extremely rude; hurriedly takes orders and thus nearly always gets the orders wrong. Once confronted, he gets overly defensive and outright angry...not worth the hassle. The taste of the food is rather bland and the meat has a strange texture/consistency. Doesn't taste or seem like real meat. Buyers beware. Lastly, the ambience and space inside looks very unkempt and doesn't appear clean or hygienic. There are definitely better options elsewhere. We will not repeat. Go elsewhere for your own health and safety. Not Recommended.

Food tastes decent but bad customer service. I ordered a beef and broccoli lunch special. It had twenty pieces of broccoli and two pieces of meat. I called and the lady that answered the phone stated "it's the lunch special" as if that explains why there is virtually NO BEEF in an order of beef and broccoli. She did not offer to make me whole in any way. A Lunch special simply means slightly smaller portion of food with a drink. If you cannot offer a comparable amount of meat to vegetable then don't offer lunch specials . I basically paid nine dollars for a can of soda with plain rice and broccoli. All of which can be achieved from the grocery store for three dollars. So annoyed.

First I must say good is great but the customer service is Terrible! When u call to put your order in they rush u off the phone and the clerk was very rude and when I addressed it to him.He didn’t care and was still shunning me off when I tried to explain to him how he was acting…me and my family buy from this place all the time and we spend a good portion of money there nothing under 50 dollars! So for them to makeIt not feel as welcoming or caring for the service given is unacceptable! I was disrespected and he seem to not care and I have no reason to make this up for this experience but for that I will not but from there again! I work in retail as well and ss management and even when u feel like the customer is not pleased with what ever it is which it more likely would be a misunderstanding u have to try your best to make the experience better.

I like their egg Foo young. They have chicken, shrimp, beef and pork. Very tasty! They also have beef and broccoli, general tso chicken, orange beef, fried rice and many others. Good food!Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian dishes.

Can't speak on the quality or taste of the food due to rude employees. When I asked a question the employee proceeded to rush us to finish our order. And then gave us attitude when we told him he didnt have to be rude. I gladly took my money else where.
