Believe this location is just generally slow, does not appear to be a training or inexperienced employees.Tried the new wraps, they are pretty tasty but feel the price ratio needs to be adjusted compared to the overall portion size.

The worst customer service ever! First off! I have a subscription for free delivery but chose to support you all. I tipped the delivery company via KFC website who didn’t provide my entire meal, I attempted to call what I then seen was an empty establishment, meaning I had to drive to pick up the remainder of my order after providing a $7 tip, these people didn’t even have the common decency to offer me a cookie! Even after explaining and presenting my receipt. If I had ordered via my subscription it would’ve been refunded; and that is why these companies are losing!!! I will not order/eat here again and I will for sure use my subscription everywhere!!

I just visited KFC at Watkins Park while I was waiting at the drive-thru I witness a individual go behind the trash dumpers for KFC. I initially thought that it was a homeless person because I thought they were rummaging through the trash but I couldn't see my view was blocked by the surrounding fence. However once I got up to the drive-thru I observed the same individual behind the lines preparing orders, I explained to the manager what I just witnessed and refused to accept my order. I don't know what or if anything was said to the individual but what I should have done is informed the entire line of waiting customers what I had witnessed. Once I learn how to download the video from my dash cam I will also put this on social media.
Chicken burger was a waste of money it's so greasy and gross and too much Mayonnaise pickles gross salad good lil and French fries good chicken good they tried advice make ur burger better like McDonald's thanks

Lol they close early every single day and serve chicken in a puddle of grease. I drive 5 miles down the road to the next nearest KFC to avoid this location. Bless their hearts. The staff is very nice.
