Took my 91&86 year old parents to get KFC. They don’t get out much but they really wanted Kentucky Fried Chicken Extra Crispy. I Took them 25 miles to Annapolis and the store is permanently closed. I didn’t want to disappoint them so we drove another 25 miles back to Upper Marlboro. My elderly parents were tired at this point so they stayed in the car and I went inside to get it to go. I ordered an 8 piece bucket of Extra Crispy with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for $31.79 including tax. The girl at the counter said they don’t have Extra Crispy. I asked if they could make it. With an eye roll the girl said to the guy in the Kitchen who was listening “can you make it” He replied 15 minutes she reiterated 15 minutes. I said yes that’s my parents really want Extra Crispy. Then I got an eye roll from the women on the other side by the drive thru and 2 men in the kitchen looked around the counter to see who I was. I then paid and started my phone timer. With my parents in the car anxious to get home I wanted to make sure to keep the time. I was the only one seated inside the entire restaurant. 2 girls walked in after about 15 minutes elapsed but that is all. The drive thru wasn’t busy with a consistent line of card but did have a few cars come through. 21 minutes later I went up to check on the order. I stood up at the counter another 5 minutes so it’s been 26 minutes in. They finally ask if they can help me and I explained I ordered am 8 piece extra crispy and showed the same three people that were present when I ordered 26 minutes prior, my receipt. None of them acknowledged me or said a word they all just walked away. 7 minutes later or 33 minutes since I ordered it, a lady who I think is the manager says here you go. Never looks at me or in my direction. I said Thank you. With her head turned from me she said Ok and continued to walk away. When we got home and opened the food up, after driving another 20 minutes home, it wasn’t what we asked for and ordered. We got 4 legs and 4 thighs all dark meat. The explanation before I ordered said it would be 2 Breast, 2 Legs, 2 wings and 2 Thighs. In addition to it being all dark meat It was also the regular recipe which my parents do not like because it makes them both sick from all the grease. We left the house at 1 pm for KFC, finally home to enjoy our food around 415pm only to get disgusting greasey food. $32 lighter about $20 spent on gas and a whole afternoon spent for nothing good. Customer Service was all attitude, both the order and the pick up. The food was not what we ordered and Greasy. An afternoon trying to please my elderly parents turned into a wasted nightmare of an afternoon. $50 lighter factoring in food and gas. We have had issues with the customer service on previous visits as we have been to this store before. About 2-4 times per year. But the food / extra crispy chicken here is normally good which is why we continued to go back even with similar attitude filled customer service. However we won’t be back after today. It was enough.

the meal is just had was so fucking ass that i could've got ogre sperm, a witch's vagina, and a bird's right toe, had a dog eat it, regurgitate it, and it would still be better than whatever fuckass sandwich i just had. then fries had to be straight from the ice age the way they were stuck together. fuck whoever made my food. fuck whoever let us pay for that asscheeks meal.

I ordered food through Drive-Thru and after paying and getting my drinks I was told to move to the end of the building and someone will bring my food out. I waited for over 25mins and pulled around to come inside to check on the progress and there was the most putrid smell of sewage and human waste smell in the entire building. Another customer that was waiting says the employees said their sewage backed up and overflowed back into the building. The gentleman that took my order in the drive-thru tells me that they're preparing the food that should be out shortly. Once leaving right back out the smell was in my clothes and 5 minutes later the young lady brought my food out which the bag smelled just like the inside of the building I checked the food and the food was lukewarm and cold the biscuits were like stones and partially smelled like the inside of the building. I just pulled over and trashed My food because I'm pretty much sure that had to be a health hazard and for those employees to still be in the building, cooking and serving people food isn't safe to their health and also the people that they were serving food to. The store should have closed temporarily to handle that issue for its employees and also customers who are shopping!

Someone needs to properly train the employees at this location on how to make the spicy wings properly.My wings was very soggy and Luke warm at best. No crunch at all and the taste was very off-putting.I just purchased the same wings at the Colmar Manor location the night before and the wings were very fresh, crispy and prepared to perfection but this location is the total opposite.This is very disappointing because this was one of my favorite locations and I went about 5 miles out of my way to go here expecting a much better experience.The chicken was so disappointing that I gave it away and went to the Popeyes further down Crain Hwy.If I hadn't already driven off and was on the clock I would have turned around and taken it back to get a refund or have them to make my order over the right way.If you want to try the new wings go to another location.

Was charged for 12 piece chicken nugget but received 8 nuggets. Fries were dry over fried and old had to throw away.

They are very slow, unprofessional. Staff had me waiting curbside for a order of fries and green beans for more than fifteen minutes had to go inside and they forget all about I was waiting. I'll never go there anymore hopefully they can get better responsible staff.
