This restaurant is under new ownership since October 2023 and it shows.The staff are always polite and attentive. The vegan/vegetarian dishes are excellent and the portions are plentiful with reasonable prices.The dining area is clean and the bathrooms are well taken care of.

The first time we ordered from here the delivery was 3 hours late. The 2nd time I found a rock the size of a pea in my Kung Pao chicken. I'll let you decide if it's worth the risk .

The worst experience. The health Department should keep eyes on this places. I ordered Whole Cheese Burger Plain over the phone, and when I got home my son opened his order, it was the grossest thing, the meat looked old and even the smell rotten. I called the store complaining and the woman replied that she couldn't help me, that her manager would call me to this day, no one called me. I will never ever go back to this place I don't recommend it and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience.After a long day at work you want to get home and eat what you order and what a surprise you get you trust to this places your food and I paid more than $14.00. The atmosphere is very clean and comfortable, And the service wasspot on, with professional serversthat greet you with a smile, I personally found that to be from what I am use to at other restaurants, and the food again, they didn't disappoint at all, so delicious and well prepared to my personal taste, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a beautiful "first date" dinner. Impressive !! It's worth stopping in if your in the mood for some great Chinese Food !!!

I went last week and the food was surprisingly good, the portions were generous, the ambience was good and the waitress was very welcoming. They said they're going to open a dine-in soon, looking forward to it.

0n 7/25/2023, I drove five miles to pick up an online order, I returned home and discovered had someone order. I tried by telephone to explain my issue by the employee on the phone refuse to believe she gave out wrong order, she was later identified as a older Asian lady. I had explain that I order shrimp and black bean sauce and bring rolls and not egg foo young, thank God I payed via credit card. Now the problem came when she refused to give me spring rolls, telling that they were in bag of the wrong order. It was only resolved as I threatened to call the police. I also was advised that the previous owners sold the Carryout two years old; it seems like the new management have no control over this hostile speaking employees, the aforementioned employee has been there for the past 20 years, and should be removed from the customer facing counter before she run others customers away.

I've just started going to Kitchen one and I always order sweet-and-sour chicken. The chicken is not breaded, which is a good thing it's like regular chicken nuggets delicious. The other Chinese restaurants is overly breaded with one piece of nugget chicken inside, kitchen one is my number 1 Chinese Pl. to get my sweet-and-sour.

The food, when correct, is quite good, but literally three out of the past four times I went they failed to pack tofu and instead packed chicken. I can't recommend this place if you're vegetarian, they get it wrong more than they get it right.
