Meh. This location is typically subpar. Service isn’t the best nor the worst. The door is SUPER HECTIC to walk through just to get inside. The food is usually good but today it wasn’t the best. Ledos always has the best pizza in my opinion but don’t expect a 5-star experience.

Last night we Had Wings, A Great Grilled Chicken Salad, and 3 different Pizza. Omgoodness it was absolutely delicious. We had company and they also loved it. Thank you Ledos you did NOT disappoint ?

Dine for dinner here and ordered grilled chicken caesar and beef calzones, grilled chicken caesar were the best, the beef calzone was a bit sour for me or maybe its a bit sour for me because I ordered lemonade with it, the waitress was accomodating! Garlic bread were to die for!

Excellent Hot Italian "cold" cut! I've been sleeping on this chain for awhile. Got me curious about the pizza. Friendly employee, food came out correct and in a timely manner. Will have to check out the location closer to my house next time.

The hot honey chicken pizza is no longer sold with friend chicken pieces, the chicken is now grilled with hot honey sauce. DISGUSTING! They switched the ingredients to cut on

This is the 2nd time we have tried to order from this location and had an issue....this time, we called at 8:40pm on a Friday and was told by the young lady who answered the phone that they close at 9pm....but the Google listing says the restaurant closes at 10pm. We did end up talking to someone who knew the true closing time, but did not sound like they wanted to take our order. We decided not to place an order at this location. We will drive all the way to Bowie from Upper Marlboro for Ledo's Pizza!
1/2 Called in order and given 30 minute wait time. Nope, same as my previous experience longer with no explanation that it would be a little longer wait. Biggest complaint is the young lady with the burgundy hair and her attitude. She flexed on the older woman asking,"Do you need something to do cause I can give you something now." Tone and body language was crappy. After 20 minutes waiting she asked my name again to confirm my order. I did ask how much longer with response of give me a second, walks in kitchen but no answer. Another employee got the answer for me and was very polite. Franchise owners you need to check your employees especially when competitors are moving in the area. The size of the pizza is convenient for larger gatherings but not worth the terrible customer service. Thank you to the two employees who remained professional the entire time -kudos to you both.

I guess every Ledo’s pizza is different. The bread was burnt, and my sub definitely did not have the extra meat that I paid for. The employees are sitting and the back of the store smoking. I hope they are washing their hands before cooking/serving customers.

If I order a pizza with extra cheese, I intend to get extra cheese. Ledo has no problem taking the money for the extra topping but somehow seems to neglect to put extra cheese on my pizza. Three out of the last four times I've ordered from this location This has been my experience and it is some bullshit. It isn't that hard and it doesn't cough you guys that much to give me what I pay for. I would recommend anyone going to this location over that matter any other Ledo's location, to check and double check to ensure they gave you what you're paying for. Because right now they're just stealing

I visited this place today, it was bad service from the beginning, we ordered pepperoni pizza & wings and fries. They messed up the order and gave us plain pizza. The pizza made both my friends sick! Stomach. The crust wasn't all way baked. I don't recommend this place

I am a fan of Ledos from the 80s. I decided I wanted a steak and cheese (?cheesesteak)..and of course I get chicken wings every where I go.and tjey were good. All I can say is this sandwich was GOOD! Messy like I remember because and with all my choice of extras and the toasted bread..Yes!. I happily ate this sandwich and fries. Only thing, I forgot my Sweet tea.
