Worst customer service even after I paid for my food will never come again poor management skills

I needed it for my lil girl birthday party at 11:30 they had it ready at 11:00,I really appreciated that fast service because the party started at 11:45.

Leaving this review solely because we need to see change. As large as Upper Marlboro is, we have very limited options for food, especially late at night. This location consistently lacks in delivery services. I am not sure if they need more staff or new leadership, but as a resident of this town, we are begging for some change. We’re not asking for discounts or refunds, just asking that a delivery can take less than 1.5 hours and for the correct order to be delivered. I’ve had at least 5 different times where my order has taken over 2 hours and/or a different order has been delivered to me. Sorry for the soapbox rant, but you’re one of our only options and we really need better.

I am not from around here and I am used to the Papa John's from where I live and this location did NOT live to expectations unfortunately. I ordered a large crust stuffed pizza with Extra cheese. I did NOT receive extra cheese and the pizza was very thin and floppy (if that makes sense). I ordered honey chipotle bonleless wings and the wings literally looked like they poured a small amount of dressing over some of the wings. They were not coated at all. I was very disappointed considering I am use to a different experience.

Order a Pizza with three toppings. Have been ordering pizza for 3 or 4 years. First time had to call about a pizza with less toppings on half of the pizza and the manager told me to order less toppings or I don't have to order from them. I'm done!!! He was nasty and hung up the phone on me. If I paid for good service and this is how you treat your customers you WILL NOT get another dime from me!!!!!

Called my order in. That went well. Spoke with a live representative. They were very informative. When I got to the store for pick-up, the young lady was extremely nice with great customer service. My order was accurate, fresh and tasted delicious.
I used to go here all the time (every weekend) but stopped because I'm trying to lose weight. Still, the pizza and breadsticks are great and the employees are really friendly! The food is a little bit expensive but maybe I'm just cheap. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys pizza.Vegetarian options: They have options for meat lovers and only vegetables (not counting cheese of course).Kid-friendliness: There are options for small pizzas and meals.Parking: It can get crowded sometimes but most of the time, you can easily find somewhere to park.

Customer service was efficient and friendly! And did a great job with my order. All was delicious! Parmesan chicken bites and custom Papadia.

I had to leave a review because the service was beyond my expectations. I ordered bbq wings and a pepperoni cheese stuffed crust and it was pretty good!! The service was also great and the staff were so sweet I called in my order was there in about 15- 18 min of ordering and I was in and out ! Would definitely recommend.

Pizza order was messed up. Manager told us his delivery driver was too busy to replace the issue. The pizza was cut wrong with one tiny slice next to one huge slice. Everything they could do wrong is exactly what they did which explains why they have such a Low rating. The manager is out of touch with reality sadly.
