So I've visited here twice and brought a dozen cookies for my family. These guys will rob you, I trace been purposely overcharged (10.59) Even after Mr asking why the price is almost 4.00 higher than the subway just a few miles away I was notified that the price is 7.09 which I knew from my previous visits there. I will not return to a place that knowingly takes money from customers. You shouldn't either

I have come to this location many times but yesterday will most likely be my last time. The individual who made my sandwich was on the phone while taking my order, rude to me when i corrected him about my order, was rude through the whole process and then double charged me. Got mad when i approached him about being double charged and decided to get loud and get his colleague involved. He refused to give me his manager's information when i asked. His colleague agreed with me and told him he was wrong and to fix it. I only gave a star so i could leave this review.

New weekend staff needed at this location!!!! What happened to the previous staff? The black guy who worked this afternoon, March 20th 2022 was horrible. You cannot catch an attitude for not hearing my order while TALKING ON YOUR PHONE!!! PICK A STRUGGLE!!! IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME!! UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had the new Baja chicken and bacon sub, it was so DRY and very small portions. I knew as soon as I opened it and only saw the bread and nothing sticking out of it there it was going to be bad... I will not be going back to this location. I tried the same sub from the one in Mitchellville plaza before this one and it was WAY better and SO good... so next time I have this sub I will go back to the other location...not this one!

Everytime i go in this place There's a old short spanish guy that's just absolutely ignorant and rude for no reason!! I always go and get my mother's sandwiches from the other surrounding subway's but this one was closer for where she is. If he owns the store that's horrible but i highly doubt he's the owner and the owner needs to teach him better manners!!He is just plain evil i will never come back in there again, God Rest my friends soul cause he's the reason he never went there and i see why. Smh

Do not confuse my review for a 1 star, If I could I would give this place 0 stars. First the staff or whoever the indian man was who answers the phone is extremely rude, they hung up on me several times. Secondly they ALWAYS get my order wrong and when I call them to try to change it they are still non-understanding and completely rude. I don't know what happened to this place over the last few years, but it's disappointing. Don't waste your time here.
I know if send this picture to the corporate office they will not be happy.1st let me start with how worker’s/Owners don’t care every time you walk in they talk on the phone even while they making the order some times you will repeat what you said more than one time, not to mention last time when I finished my order he said they don’t have more bags and he gave a used bag.I asked for a sauce and he give me that in a cup ?!

This was the worst experience. The server Akvir(sp) lies about cash received. I gave him a $20, and he returned change as if I gave him a $10. He was preoccupied and anxious to get back to whatever he was doing on his cell. I will never visit this location again!
