Horrible customer service. I went once and wrote the experience off as maybe they were short staffed or someone had a bad day. This is the second time I’ve been and STILL had a horrible experience. Sad because we already don’t have many food options in that area. Customer service sucks and if no one complains, it will continue.

I don’t normally do reviews but this was horrible. They ran out of BREAD at 2pm. Not because they were busy but because the employee was sitting down. When we approached the window, that’s when he started to make bread. Very unprofessional and unprepared. Many people turned away during their lunch break.

They are suppose to close at 9, but when I get there at 750, was told that they had left already. They also left the food open and out. Won't get food at that Subway on Crain Hwy and Village Drive. ?

I told my friends about this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is flavorable and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a splendid evening. warmly recommended.
Had a good experience in this spot with my daughter. The food arrives rapidly and the service is just great. Prices are fair.

The subway inside of this station is not a priority to the staff. It seems it's a bother to get service. Went there today and all the food was out. Guy behind the counter said "no we are closed". Then why were all the meats and veggies out? I got offered chicken instead. Then the cashier overcharged me on my purchase. I was in a rush but thought the total seemed high. I go there for convenience of location. Guess I will go elsewhere now.
