I do not recommend coming to this place, horrible customer service, the women who work in this place have a bad attitude and the customer service is terrible, all the time making bad expressions, they made me feel very uncomfortable.

Thee most ghetto experience I’ve ever had. I understand hiring teenagers, but at least have adult supervision. The young lady had a nasty attitude at the register and a nastier attitude when I said, “Thank you”,after she handed me my order.The young lady making the smoothies asked for more oats. The same young girl with the nasty attitude was joking how everyone was too short to reach the oats. So the solution was to have the other shift do it.

Ordered a smoothie through the app. Service was pretty quick, the smoothies overall tasted watered down and had no flavor.3/2/24 -Update, after my initial review the owner reached out and reassured they'd work to make things right. They kept their word, I returned, and the smoothie tasted much better. Looking forward to returning soon

I've watched this location grow, and I am proud to see them soar. Customer service is fantastic and so are the Owners. I own a few bakery cafes and I know the growing pains. If you guys are reading this, stay focused on your growth. Understand that there will be a few people that are quick to tear you down, but they won't succeed because you are building a solid foundation. I'm going with 5 stars here because they definitely turned a negative into a positive here. I went when this location when they first opened and it was great. Went not long after and it was decent but I wasn't sure it was the best location.Fast forward my wife and I went a couple weeks ago and it was pretty empty when I picked up our orders and I could see why, smoothies tasted like water.The owner contacted us, offered free smoothies, we went back and one of the owners was there and it looks like they were really putting the work in. The smoothies were great. Went back a few minutes ago, and the other owner was there. Again GREAT smoothie.You can see they are busier too. Good smoothies = return customers.Great turn around, keep it up!
The acai bowl was good, even though they forgot my coconut ☹️. My only issue is, I think the portion is small for the price. Other places that sell acai bowls have bigger portions for the price. Soo tropical smoothie corporate folk, can you increase the bowl size a bit? ?

Just as others have stated. They hire young kids with no respect. Everytime i come in here they are having inappropriate side conversations and they have no sense of urgency. They are rude. It seems like the owner does not care as they continue to employee a younger staff with no respect. I will drive a longer distance to a different location now.

I ordered ahead due to a time crunch, the employee dropped my smoothie when she was packaging it (things happen) ..she proceeded to make another one..only later to find out that all three smoothies tasted like straight water. I will never visit this location again. Team was unprofessional.

These employees will never smile or greet you and they never say you’re welcome when you thank them. This is common politeness and decency. They all look at you like they hate your guts. What did I ever do to them? They act like making smoothies is the toughest job in the world. Complete lack of respect. Owner, fire these employees and hire polite ones if you want this business to survive. I won’t be coming back to deal with people’s attitudes just because I’m trying to get a smoothie on my lunch break.

My spot when I'm on my way anywhere and didn't have breakfast! Tropical cafe was carried me through while pregnancies. Lol Service is always on point. Always the young people working but they keep the shop clean and smelling good. Very friendly.

Especially after you spend over $90. SMHUpdate: six days later! No response! Shows serious lack of management. Shows a serious lack of caring about your customers.Congrats you just lost a customer! Even for a chain this is terrible! I was so excited to see you were going in near my house! So disappointing! If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! They don’t care, and they are showing at every turn!
