I have never been so upset with a order in my life.I got to the Wendy's at 2:55 pm on Saturday waste my money and had to wait about 20 mins in the drive though line with the wrong order not only that the order taker didn't even want to answer any of my question. I specifically ask for crispy chicken was given old grilled chicken wasted my 9 dollar salad. Then I was trying to ask question about the biggie bag they don't know the different between that and a 4 for 4. It took me 25 mins to get home I will never return again.

at 7pm i ordered the big bacon classic and for a ff place it was DELICIOUS!! I expect sub-par food in ff place's but i was so surprised! whoever made our burgers they did it w heart!
This is the first time I've ordered from Wendy's since their remodel.I used their app to order breakfast and it was a good experience. My order was ready and I got a free sugar bun. The food was fresh and my drink was icy. Everything was just right. I will order again.
Chicken patty isn't 1/2 thick it used to be thick and juicy now its thin and dry . It sucks. They give you less Chicken and charge more money. Atmosphere was kinda
