in love with this new location in Urbana. I am glad to find a Dairy Queen grill and chill in the Frederick County area. Everything was clean and the service was quick. This is a new location so I don't expect that anything would be out of place as of yet, the one thing I love about Dairy Queen food is that it's always made to order so it's hot and I don't mind waiting a couple extra minutes to get good food. The price for the food is reasonable we ordered a chicken tender meal and a kids tender meal, which comes with ice cream for the kids. We also ordered blizzards all which were very good. This location is not far off the highway there were fresh cakes in the freezer for purchase and other frozen items.

Avoid this location. We had to wait almost minutes to get blizzards even though there was only 3 cars in front of us. After being given the wrong order (and I think it was supposed to go to someone in store) and re-making our stuff we were given a Reese’s Pie Blizzard with no Reese’s in it, just graham cracker. Waste of time and money.

Visited for the first time today since the one in the fsk mall closed up! Gary and Julie are the best to their customers! And the new place shows their care and love towards what they do!!! Best ice cream ever 10/10! Super clean and great staff!

Great food, even better service. The teens that work there need a raise with how amazing they were. They made a small error but immediately fixed it and apologized profusely, just great. Would've tipped if it was an option and I don't normally tip.
Everyone giving 1 star. Manager just told me deal they are promoting not in register so they’re just charging regular price but advertising deal? Thought they banned businesses from doing this decades ago.

The drive-thru employees were outstanding! They were more than courteous, they were actually smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be helping us. The food was hot and fresh and my hot fudge and banana milkshake was perfect! Wish we lived closer, but we’ll be back the next time we’re in the area.

We're so excited to have Dairy Queen so close to home! We ordered food through the drive-through, and we were really happy with how good the food was. We had double cheese burgers and onion rings. The burgers were freshly made and the toppings were good. The onion rings were good, too. We'll be back again sometime soon to try the ice cream! Also, this restaurant is conveniently located in Urbana and is easily accessible from 270.
