“Never visited this franchise until recently and I was surprised by the selection they offer. I had an Acai bowl and it was really good. My daughter had another type of bowl, I believe with oatmeal in it, along with some kind of peanut butter smoothie, and both were also very good. Service a bit slow, but the place was somewhat busy at the time we visited, with what appeared to be a lot of online order pickups.“

“I visited this new location of Rita's. There was no line so we got our gelati's quickly; however, they have an outdoor walk up window to make service quickly in the summer when there are long lines. Parking is a little confusing as all the spots say reserved and appear to be for the live work units but I didn't have any trouble since we were there quickly. The cashier (also possibly the owner) was very friendly...however the small cup did appear significantly smaller than the other frederick Rita's locations. Overall a good experience and delicious Italian ice per usual!“
