The food is really good but the service today was terrible. When our food came out, we weren’t given utensils, napkins or drinks, and our table was dirty. It was only cleaned after we asked and the employee took her time to do so and barely even wiped the table off. Don’t recommend dining in. Also the amount of fries we got was really small, not enough for the price.

Ordered here on 2/17 . Entered the returns and wasn’t greeted . The male cashier was extremely rude. When asking for an item on the menu, that wasn’t advertised as sold out or no longer available the cashiers response was “ don’t have that, dont blame me blame the owners” I wasn’t upset or anything just wanted to proceeded with my order. At the end of my order he then asks for here or to go my reply was here. With a very annoyed facial expression and tone in his voice he didn’t want to change our order for here. Overall he was extremely rude no one will greet you they don’t want you to even dine in.

What happened to bonchon?!? The strips used to be crispy now the batter is soggy and falling off the chicken. They also only gave me a small portion of fries. Used to be a top spot now it's one of the worst tasting chicken I ever had.

I went here twice while I was in the Waldorf area which I rarely go to in both times I enjoyed their food.
I used to love this place but now… no. Gave us a handful of fries, the boneless were tiny and NOT CRISPY AT ALL!!!!!! the flavor was good but everything else was terrible. Done with them. And they really thought someone was tipping for that $12 lunch special meal? Sakura don’t even charge that much for their lunch special and they been in business way longer.
