Came in for the first time at this location to get some food after a long day of work, first impression not professional enough, whole group was gathered around a circle and I didn’t know where to place the order. When I was waiting for my order I sat down to wait for my order in front of the registers apparently this lady in the picture called my number but I couldn’t here it because of all the background music and noise the workers had, her response was to throw my food in the table, not placed it but TROW the food didn’t bother to apologize even after the teammates acknowledge what she did was wrong and asked not to do that again. I would definitely not recommend this location with this kind of employee’s.

I order through Uber eats or pick up myself and the food is always so good. My usual is the buffalo chicken cheesesteak with strawberry lemonade. Their ranch dressing seems homemade and is to die for!

About a 1-1.5: Charleys Philly Steaks has been around since the late '80s, and their menu offers cheesesteaks, wings, various sides, kid options, and housemade lemonades that come in different flavors. We came here, noticing the sign for boneless wing specials - we ordered: +buffalo-dressed boneless wings - considering that these were 'made-to-order', these wings came out not fresh nor hot at all; they seemed colder than lukewarm; the breading was a little thick and just slid off of the chicken; the buffalo sauce wasn't that great +a side of fries - these were piping hot and were great to snack on +strawberry lemonade +peach lemonade Unfortunately, they ran out of the blueberry lemonade, so it was a little disappointing. Both the lemonade drinks were more on the sweeter/syrupy end, but were still refreshing. There was regular lemonade by the soda dispenser for refills. Note that this place is super stingy with the sauces, so any order comes just with 1 ranch sauce; if you ask for any extras, you'll have to pay extra. Not sure if I'm brave enough to try their cheesesteaks, but I'm thinking they may be better than the boneless wings! Staff were friendly. Plenty of seating inside, and plenty of parking in the strip plaza lot. +avoid the boneless wings +fresh fries +flavored lemonades run out +plenty of parking in shared plaza lot

I know this location got low ratings so I was nervous about coming here. Cravings and the fact that nothing else was open, I decided to give it a try. Have to say, it was pretty good. Looking around, it was clean, the staff was personable and got my order correct. The food was also tasty. Maybe they cleaned up since receiving so many bad reviews. I will come back again to check my experience and update you all on the review!

Was nearby for shopping and stopped in to pick up a quick lunch. It was a smooth ordering process and the cashier was patient in answering questions. It was around midday lunch rush, but I thought prep time was reasonable. We had Chicken Philly + Korean BBQ wings. The food was good and I'd recommend it as an option if you're in the area.
