We had to wait a long time in the drive thru and they got our order wrong. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for them to give us another burger and it was still wrong. I asked for the District manager name and she didn’t know the name and I also asked for the General manager and she said she didn’t know the name but tells me she the manager but you don’t know your boss name. She lied to me in my face and this is what type of customer service you will get from this location. When a customer asked for the General Manager information and as the manager she should’ve gave me the information. Very bad customer service. Also this manager need to be retrained not to lied to the customer.

First, let's remember we are talking about a chain fast food restaurant. With that, manage your expectations. Checkers seasoned fries are a favorite. They must be served hot! During my last visit, my fries were hot and good! I ordered my husband a spicy chicken sandwich and got myself the Jr champ burger. My burger was cold and so was my husband's chicken sandwich. Overall the food was mediocre. It was 12 midnight so our expectations weren't high to start with. Lastly, the young lady working the drive thru had a bonnet on her head. She was very polite but I couldn't understand why she had on a bonnet.

Order the double fish sandwiches and ask for extra tartar sauce, They had so much tartar sauce on the sandwich. You couldn't even see the fish. The manager was not helpful, nor was the main office. Put in a complaint over a week ago and have not heard anything from them.
