Sunday afternoon, 4:30, not crowded inside. Was told would be a 30 minute wait. Why? Because the kitchen was backed up with to-go orders. Ok, wanted to watch the basketball game and have a drink, but the bar area was closed off. Poor management between dine-in and take out orders.

Dinner gone wrong - walked in on a Saturday night with husband and two kids - ok a 20 minute wait - can we order drinks at the bar? We were told no. Once we sat down - where’s the servers, where’s the drinks? Where’s the cook, the fajitas were burnt mush (which is a chilis staple from when I was young) and there was no silverware and we were offered and presented with the plastic to go wrapping ones.Lifetime or going to chilis this place was awful - so do not go best of luck if you do

I dined in yesterday at around 5pm, and the service was just okay. The restaurant was "mildly" clean, and there were a bunch of young workers there who weren't rude, but weren't very welcoming or friendly either. However, the food I had was great surprisingly! Everything including the: triple dipper plate (we got fried mozzarella, south western egg rolls, and big mouth bites aka sliders), chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and the honey chipotle crispers basket (w/ fries & mac and cheese) were 10/10?!Our drinks that we got (forgot which ones - some type of margarita and patron) were not the best and seemed to be missing some things, but they still did the job if you know what I mean. All of this to say, Chili's surprised me as I've been many times before, and I guess you just have to get lucky.

On top of that, other tables were looking for their servers to get the check. I left there very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone from here on out.

I went here with my family about a week ago and it was the worst experience ever. First, we ordered and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our food. We were about to leave when the waitress assured me that the food would be right out. Before we even get our food, you wouldn't believe that a full on fight breaks out with one of the employees. It was a melee and I had to do my best to protect my family. Everyone in the restaurant was scared that one of the guys had a gun, police were called and a fun family night turned into a rather traumatizing experience for us. We never got our food and left out of there hungry and terrified. I talked to a manager personally to explain how awful and horrific that experience was for my family. The manager took down my name and number and promised that she would talk to her district manager to see what they can do to make up for such a horrible night. As you can guess, no one ever called and they probably don't even care. But from now on, I will avoid eating at places that require security.

The one star goes straight to our waitress because she was great. However, everyone we’ve came to eat here they are out of everything. I asked for dr. Pepper, she came back and said the only drinks they have available were sprite, lemonade, and tea. My boyfriend got a lemonade and it was just water with lemon flavor added to it and it was terrible. This was early afternoon on Super Bowl Sunday so you would think they would have things in stock.

NEW Review Jan 2023:Updating my stellar review from when I wrote it 10 years ago...this Chili's has certainly went downhill. It really is sad to see and write. The bar is now closed until 4pm or so. The service in the booth area was really terrible. I actually seated myself. The beef queso dip looked like mush and tasted awful. The chips were super thin and kept breaking and the salsa lacked flavor. It was NOT good.I ordered the Presidential Margarita and it tasted like a really sweet, diluted juice with a splash of lemon flavor. Such a sad sight to see when I used to really like this spot. It used to be a go-to meet-up with friends for laughs, eats and drinks, especially after work. We would stay for hours. Highly disappointed. I will not be returning.OLD Review Year 2013:Why have I been living in the Waldorf area for almost 6 years and never been to this Chili's?? Whaaaaaa, where have I been?!? Anyway. My boyfriend and I went here on a Friday evening around 6pm. We sat in the bar area which was slightly full but not packed, especially considering it was Happy Hour. Our waitress rocked! She was attentive and so friendly. :-) We ordered the boneless wings and shrimp tacos. The boneless wings did need more sauce and the shrimp tacos were a little too salty for my taste. The drinks however...delicious! I had the Rainforest Margarita and my guy had the Beach Margarita. They were both very good and came to our table in lighting speed. They also have this portable mini ordering system on each table where you can order certain food and drink items and you can even pay the bill without your server's attention. This would probably be very useful during their busier times. Loved my visit and will return.

when we finally got seated, we waited 15-20 minutes to be seen. i do not blame the waitress, she had a huge party and she was super nice. There were plenty of other booths we could’ve been sat at where the waitress was not super busy. the hostess was at the stand the whole night texting on her phone. when we received our meals, one of the meals was cold and the food was dried up. The only reason my food wasn’t cold is because i got a fajita. the manager has not been seen. i do not recommend coming if you haven’t ate all day.

Order didn't get taken for 20min, asked for salt on the margaritas but we didn't get any, margarita was partially spilled when being served, half of the shrimp on the fajitas were cold, a whole burger was served instead of sliders, chips were not bottomless. Not the greatest service.
