They opened at 11 we were there at 11:45. Not very crowded, place was clean, staff was attentive. Buy the timed pass, it's SO worth it. A 90 min pass goes a long way. We did not eat or drink during our visit but other folks food looked decent. Would definitely return. A 2.5 year old and 11 y/o both had a good time.

1 Pepperoni pizza took almost 30mins. Looked like it had been sitting in the back. It was warm but not hot. By the time the kids got their drinks & sat down, it was Cold. Thin & hard like cardboard.

I just wanted to leave a review because the customer service was terrible. I called to place an order for pick up, no one answered so I called 5 times. Someone answers and she says they don’t place take out orders you have to order online. I understand teenagers work there but basic professionalism isn’t an outrageous request. Lastly, the food was cold. To wait and go through all this for cold pizza was upsetting.

The attendant/cashier, Adrianna, was wonderful. Her attentiveness and readiness ensured our celebration for Cowboys of SMYFFL Mites Division was a success. But the standard pizza size has shrunk to a size a little larger than a personal pan.
