I think they are under new management therefore the service was terrible. They are also charging extra for things that I was not charged for in the past. Now they won’t adjust orders to add or remove from menu orders. Also in the past it didn’t matter what time it was you could get breakfast or lunch but that is no longer the case. Do you want business or not?! The food has also dropped off. I have a feeling this will be another place shut down in the area.

The gentleman at the counter was so thoughtful and patient with me while I ordered for 3 people. This was my first visit of many!! The food was soooo good and the service was amazing. The food came out hot, fresh, and very fast.The collard greens were so flavorful and HIGHLY recommended! ?Kid-friendliness: For my son's waffle, they put a whip cream smiley face with chocolate chips on top.He loved it!

I called to place an order and told them that the special listed on their website is $27.99 for 21 wings. They told me the price is wrong online. I said well don't you have to honor your online price. They told me no, they do not have to honor the price. I said well have a good day and did not place an order. That is such bad customer service. They should update their website or honor their price!

My husband, and I ordered food here tonight 1/26/24 we ordered the fried fish and Mac n cheese the fish was all broken in the box as if they gave us all the scrap pieces and the Mac n cheese was under baked. I've ordered from this establishment many times before and the food was great but the last three times the food has went down hill. I'm thinking they have a new cook that really don't care but the broken pieces of fish was so salty it wasn't edible so I had to trash it along with the uncooked Mac n cheese. I tried to call but no one answered the phone. I sure hope they get it together because this use to be one of my favorite places to eat

I am disappointed in the lack of consistency in the temperature of the food and cook on the chicken. Today, I got the chicken and waffles because last week it was the best ever! However, today I was told that they couldn’t fry the chicken hard. Like really??!! The chicken being cooked hard is to assure that the crust is crunchy (it wasn’t) that the fat left on the meat is cooked through (it wasn’t) and because it’s a preference that will allow the meat to not be skeptical in its texture (meat greasy, limp and tough to the pull). The waffles were the same, soft and well I always have to heat up for more firmness. Frankly, I don’t know if there’s different cooks or what but y’all keep missing the mark every week. To management - be consistent, allow customers to have preference in the fry if their chicken and get a different syrup that isn’t high in fructose syrup. People want to support you but you’re doing things half-way so it is disappointing to say the least!!!!!!

The consistency is always there.We recently recommended Crown Chicken to cater our companies holiday party for 260 people, I ordered 350 wings and 150 mix chicken. Purchased a thigh for lunch today, usually I will purchase a breast but they recently went up in price and I refused to pay $4 for 1 piece of chicken. Anyway I should of really inspected the chicken once I noticed the piece wasn't as crispy. As soon as I removed the skin after a few bites I noticed the meat wasn't cooked thoroughly and still a bit bloody. I tried calling the establishment to make them aware so no one else eat half cooked chicken. But each time I called the phone, it ranged out. As this establishment has gone thru a few different owners and employees the quality has declined tremendously. If I do not feel well later today I will escalate this complaint. For the time being I would stir clear of this place. And the fact that the owner or management doesn't acknowledge any reviews says enough about this establishment. RUN RUN fast!!

Goodmorning , I am a fan of Crown Fried Chicken and Waffle ever since I was referred the food and food quality is good but customer service needs to be worked on. On November 16,2023 at 9:50am I was heading back home from picking up my order as I was heading home I looked in the bag and realize I never received my chicken just had my waffle & my mothers food correct but my chicken wasn't in the bag. As I was on the way to the store I called 5 times NO ANSWER at all to try to let the front line person know what happened and that I'll be there soon cause again the chicken is like that. As I pulled up I told myself call again because why no one is answering during business hours. So, as I walked in I see the front line Person look at the phone & ignore the call . I said loudly "Dang so y'all don't answer calls for nobody I could've been calling to place an order" which I know they have before answered the phone . I was told by the guy on the front line ( thick Caucasian male) who is always on his phone that THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONES WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE in the facility ..hmmm it was two customers in there one was eating at the table and another customer was waiting so THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE because while people in the facility you shouldn't be on your phone if you trying to be professional and have great customer service with not answering the phones to possibly make more money because sitting on your cellular device not answering the business phone doesn't make money. Shouldn't be on cellular phones while customer is in the facility!!
