I order from this location pretty frequently using the Crumbl cookie app and I’m usually very satisfied with the experience here. But today I found myself very disappointed and dissatisfied. We ordered our normal box of 4 count cookies for a afternoon treat. I used my $10 Crumbl credit I earned on the app. When they arrived we began enjoying them. However, when we got to the coconut lime cookie I discovered a gray and or blonde hair on the cookie. To say we lost our appetite was definitely an understatement. I called the store promptly only to be informed that they could only afford to offer compensation in the form of one free cookie to be picked up at a later time. Why would that be an acceptable reimbursement when my family can no longer enjoy the other cookies due to sanitary concerns. I was offered no formal apology and told that because the hair was found on one cookie..only one free cookie could be given at a later time. Very disappointed in the service received here..not sure if I’ll return.

Ordered for the first time and bought the tres leches, wasn’t a big fan. People described it to be really good and moist but it was dry, tasted like any cake with frosting on top. I’ll try it again and give them the benefit of doubt but after that if it’s still not worth it I’m done. Not work the
