I have always loved Krispy Kreme donuts. I did notice that the doughnuts are smaller and b the price higher. I paid $17 for a dozen. It's been a few years since I've been there and didn't expect that price. But the doughnuts were marvelous!!!

I ordered two dozen donuts online and when I came to pick them up they told me they didn’t have any of the ones I ordered. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do it and when I asked to speak with a manger he said he couldn’t do anything either. As a former GM I’m very disappointed with how this store was run and with the lack of preparation when it’s only 6pm on a Saturday night and you have no donuts. If I’m not given a refund in 24 hours I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges. Very disappointed

The food is awful here. I've tried this place three times and each time it was horrible. The donuts taste stale and have a funny aftertaste. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Dunkin' Donuts across the street.

I went in for Veterans Day special and received a free donut and coffee. The staff persons were polite, and I was in and out in minutes.
Average kripy Kreme. No frills. Dining is not open for sitting, just ordering and leaving. Which is odd. Only went bc I they had a special on 2 dz donuts that day.

Site is confusing, capital heights store is never stocked; always waiting for them to cook donuts or they just tell you they don’t have whatever you order, even down to the plain donuts?It’s a freaking donut shop and they cook the donuts there but they never have anything and the line is always long and I watch the people leave

The service was slow. The guy at the drive-thru acted like he had an attitude, and he didn't give me my receipt after I asked him to put it in my bag. I also didn't receive my credit as a rewards member.

I don't recommend this business at all. This is by far the worst Krispy Kreme I've visited. The first time I visited and was trying to use the coupon that was emailed to me from Krispy Kreme but "no one knew how to apply it". The second time I ordered & paid online. I ordered a personalized birthday box(the only reason I made that order) but when I got there the woman handed me a regular box with no explanation. I asked about it and she said "Oh we don't have no more" I told her that I paid more especially for that. She said "Well I can give you three free donuts in its place". Very unprofessional! As much as I like Krispy Kreme I will not be visiting this location again.
