Food was incorrect and short of what I ordered. Maybe if the little girl at the window had a better attitude and spoke clearly instead of mumbling we wouldn't have had that problem. The manager on duty needs to constantly be checking in on their employees because if at any point the drive thru person begins to get nasty because someone asked her to speak up she needs to be swapped out. Immediately! Otherwise 1 star reviews will be all you'll get for service!

All the employees at 9:20pm Feb 11th were rude and unprofessional and were talking without touching the food and telling people to order from the inside without reason (probably because the wait time for drive thru is tracked) and they had customers waiting at the counter because they were so invested in conversation, we had to to get the employees attention, mind you they were telling every customer to order inside and had back log of orders (check the cameras), they also made fun of a customer and he ended punching the glass door and leaving (cameras can confirm) last but not least the fries were cold.

I was welcomed quickly upon entering. The staff were quick, happy and pleasant. The store was noticeably clean immediately upon entering. The outside grounds, lobby and service area we're all immaculate. Two thumbs up!! ??

This restaurant is a mess. I did a mobile order and arrived and checked in to let them know I was there. I waited for 20 minutes before I even went into the restaurant. Not one person said anything for about 5 minutes, and finally, I asked for help. They told me they were making my order. Now it's been 25 minutes, and they were just making my order. I told the lady I wanted a refund, and she ignored me and went and told another coworker instead of finding the manager. If I didn't have hungry kids in my car, I would have demanded my money. In all, I waited 30 minutes for warm food and bad service. I would like to know what the problem is they had 2 ppl on the inside and what looked like 3 cars in the drive-thru.I will never visit this location again. They clearly need new employees who know how to deal with customers or the current staff needs customer service training and training on time management.

We came to McDonald's before 1030 was in the line. When we got to the window to order our food. It was 6 minutes after 10:30 and they told us that we couldn't get breakfast. After we sent a guide to order a $100 worth of breakfast for a bunch of different people. You're, you're your people turned us away. Which is very bad service as far as I'm concerned just because you're getting ready to convert from breakfast to lunch and we were there. I'm a 41030 and it's very un professional. To turn somebody away when they were in line before 1030.
