Customer service is terrible. The manager was slamming everything and extremely rude with a nasty attitude. Everytime a customer came in there was no greet, just a snide “picking up or placing”! An elderly man came in and was trying to order and the manager told him nastily that he had to just wait.I will not come back to this location and don’t recommend anyone else going either.

My delivery was 30 mins late so I contacted the store to see where my delivery was. The Manager didn't care about my concerns and didn't offer anything to help me situation. She only kept saying they were slammed and my order is on the way. No apology, not caring at all. Then both pizzas were cold and not made correctly!This location needs help from top down.

i come here quite often since it’s near home. it’s decent to say the least. I did have to call and have a pizza remade. I asked to speak to the manager didn’t catch her name but i think she’s black skinny with locs. Had an attitude when i requested for it to be remade(rushed me off the phone)”OK! we’ll remake it!” Today i picked up my pizza and i hear her yelling from the back “picking up?” i couldn’t make it out until the 3rd time she said it. But why are you yelling period? A paying customer & she’s supposed to be the manager? Hell naw! Replace the manager with someone that has customer service experience & this place will be alright. Also, Check your food before you drive all the way back home!

Almost 2 hours for a 2 pizza order. And the furthest Papa John's is making the delivery instead of the one next to me you can't pick from the app.. What is going on with customer service... TERRIBLE

My husband and I ordered two Thin Crust pizzas, "The Meats and The Works" in a size large and he picked it up on Super Bowl Sunday. I opened the box and was truly disappointed. The toppings were cut really thin and there wasn't much of it on the pizza. I guess the company did this to save money and the overall quality wasn't tasty. I will not return this restaurant again.

It would be much nicer if the staff, making the food, had a bit more customer service training. It is OK to greet customers with a pleasant demeanor.
