BEWARE: I ordered via the Papa Johns app fairly normally. Two days later someone accessed my account and placed four orders to four different addresses. It's evident that accounts with lots of points are noted by an individual(s) at this store and the information is provided to other people. For example, one order was for about $60 of food, they used $50+ for a discount and paid about $5 for their meal. The same happened with the other three orders so this is organized. The local store provided no useful information and HQ was equally as unhelpful.

Sadly, the labor pool is getting extremely incompetent. There is absolutely No friendliness, no customer service standards, and no common sense. This was my first time ordering so I didn’t know the process at Papa John’s, so I patiently waited 30 minutes in the lobby which happens to be right in front of the cashier who took my order. After 30 mins, I finally approached the cashier and he greets me “can I help you?” Like if I had just walked in. Dude, did you forget that I already ordered and my food was sitting there for the last 15 minutes???? No apologies for the incompetence, no apologies for the unnecessary wait and no apologies for the terrible customer service. Hopefully the owner reads this review and communicates with the staff otherwise this is disservice to the guests who take their time to write a review to help you improve your business.

I came to this location on Smallwood Drive in Waldorf, MD to pick up an order under grub hub. When I arrived, there were 4 guys working. They all were moving to slowly. They showed no sense of urgency. The guy at the register told me that the order will be ready in 30 minutes. The customer only wanted a cheese pizza. How long does that take?TERRIBLE!!! When will you guys in headquarters address the issues, concerns and horrible reviews that this location receives?

Purchased three different Papadias on 18 Jun 23, and this location went 0 for 3 on quality. Two of them had an insulting amount of meat but they tried to compensate with an abundance of vegetables. The third was chewy where the other two had a noticeable crunch. Preparation of the food didn't match what the app said and I mean not even close. Highly disappointed all the way around. Charles County deserves much better.

Just tried the new doritos papadia.... tastes amazing but super
They hired my son for his first job so I'm giving them 5 stars. He has been doing a bunch of washing dishes, racks and containers that hold food from the walk in. He even told me about how much he scrubs the floor and base boards at times so I know everything is mighty clean in there.

The worst pizza I've had ever! The middle of the slices where no existent literally, it was crust and then the end of the slice! Couldn't even pick it up as a slice had to pick up in different pieces. Clearly the "quality check" isn't really a quality check.

My order took way too long. Over 60mins. I unfortunately didn't read previous reviews and did not know They use a third party delivery service. If I knew that I would have Never ordered. The dasher left my food on the ground even after I said not to on the site. My food was cold, I watched the tracker app. My food sat for 45 mins before even being picked up. This was my first time in many years ordering Papa John's and it will be my last.If you can order from somewhere else.
