I wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting in the drive thru...I had heard great things about the chicken here and on a trip home from a weekend getaway I noticed a Raising Cane's on in a shopping plaza and since it was 12pm decided I would finally try it. I pulled up to the drive thru and noticed a short line so I hopped in. This was a mistake. The line was painfully slow to move and I was tempted to leave it and continue on my way home but decided to wait it out to see if it was worth it. In total I spent 25-30 minutes waiting to get my chicken with 5 -10 of those minutes sitting at the drive thru window staring at the bag that ended up being my meal. It wasn't just me waiting that long at the window each car in front of me had an extended wait as well. The food was good though. The chicken was delicious and while pricey I would buy it again. The fries where fine. Nothing special but perfectly edible and almost hot (they probably would have been nice and hot if they didn't sit on the counter for so long). The texas toast was a throw away for me. It was fine but just a waste. I didn't try the coleslaw as I was driving. All in all if it hadn't taken so long I would probably be singing the praises of the quality of the chicken fingers. Hot (enough again due to sitting), moist, and tasty it is very good. However I can't recommend it because the service was downright terrible. I truly hope this was a one time or at least a one location thing and while I'd be tempted to try another location (thankfully this one wasn't anywhere close to my house) I'd be hesitant because of the terrible experience I had waiting here.

Wow GHETTO as hell. Do yall train your employees on customer service. My husband was polite and courteous..he says thank you and both people at the window are mute! The way in which the food was arranged in the container was subpar. Won't be back!

The food was mid, and the fries were not seasoned and had no love. The Chicken, bread, and sauce were good. But the fries had me wanting to return the whole order.

The chicken tenders are really good and the sauce pairs great. However for the life of me I don't know why service is slow sometimes. They get very busy and often the drive thru is very backed up. The menu is literally only fries and tenders, you just need to know how to count how many. The slowest part should be filling drinks.

Fingers not near as good as in Louisiana. My cashier extremely friendly and very efficient.. Music way to loud.
Food is always fresh, hot and ready fast, as fast food should.

Colsaw had no flavor . The fries where bland and soggy. The bread was browned on one side and the other side looked like you pulled it out a bag. Only thing that was good was the chicken tenders. Won't be back.

The tenders were small and flavorless, i mean not an ounce of seasoning and the fries bland as well. The best thing by far was the bread.

I stopped here as I was traveling from out of town. I have been to Cane's in other states, but this one was AWFUL. I waited 10 minutes in drive-through for a kids' meal. The fries were cold and undercooked. The staff member at the window had a t-shirt that said IDGAF, which was obvious by the food and slow service. I want this franchise to succeed, so please it.

Soooo yummy! The chicken fingers and the sweet tea is banging. I don't care for lemonade normally, but there's is freaking amazing. The lady running the register was amazing as well.
